Stayed here for one night very recently. The location is well situated, about 10 miles north of Denali National Park. The price seemed high to me for what you get, but I guess it's similar to the area. The place was pretty rustic IMO. Rooms are clean, but feel dated. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, mattresses need to be replaced....

The Denali National Park visitor center is located approximately 11.3 miles from this hotel. The Denali Park Hotel is not fancy, but it was clean and the beds were sufficient. The internet was fine for browsing, but a little slow for uploading a days worth of photos from the Denali National Park. This hotel is close to the park and...

This covered the basic needs of bed and shower. No amenities except for a slow internet connection. Soap was from a wall dispenser, no shampoo, no wash cloths. Rate was reasonable for the Alaska peak tourist season ($150 vs $200 plus).

We stayed here in mid September 2004. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was reasonable and the staff was helpful and pleasant. Fairly barebones, but as a good place to stay at night after doing the park, it's just fine.
