    This hotel has the best staff I have ever delt with! They go far above the norm to make your stay a great experience. They front desk staff is so nice! Kendra, Tina and Don are always so friendly and always greet you by your name. Rooms are so clean. I recommend staying here.

    We went to Juneau with 25 kids for a basketball 🏀 tournament.

    Pretty basic. Good location
    Pretty basic hotel. Our room had full kitchen, washer and dryer which really helped. Make sure you get detergent for washing clothes or you can buy one at safeway or walgreens. Nicely located near major attractions in Juneau. Most of the tourist attractions were closed in April…

    It's a small apartment for 100 bucks. Stellar. And the staff was so a accommodating. Thanks Don! (Front desk) I was accompanied by a co-worker who was both enthralled and appreciative of the cleanliness and cooperation of staff. Great bang for your buck.

    How close is the ferry dock?
    Not close. The Marine Highway ferry terminal is way the heck up the highway, past the airport.

    I would like to know if you have special rates for extended stays and if you allow pets?
    "Ask for third floor room as the ceilings are cathedral ceilings."
    "Ask for a room away from the bridge side, less traffic noise."
    "Don’t know, they all looked nice - maybe ask for an upper floor for the view over the fjord"
    "Hotel backs to busy bridge to Douglas Island so ask for front side of hotel. Room 1427 best in the place, corner 3rd floor with water view."
    "Try to get an odd numbered room. Even numbers face the bridge with noise from traffic."
