There are no 5 star hotels in Juneau, but this hotel is very nice. All rooms are suites with appointed kitchenettes and washer-dryers. Very clean and comfortable. Located approximately a 20 minute walk to downtown, which may be a downside for some. I would come back here, particularly for an extended stay.

Very spacious (separate bedroom, living / sitting room, and kitchen). We had a washer and dryer in our room which made it very nice to get caught up on some laundry after being on the road for a week. There are State office buildings in the front of the hotel and a bridge road on the backside with lite traffic... More

We had a one-bedroom apartment on an upper floor. It was plainly furnished but modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. The full kitchen had all the equipment needed for preparing meals. In addition, a continental breakfast was supplied in the lobby downstairs. A washing machine and dryer are located in the apartment. Despite the bedroom facing out onto the bridge to... More

I Stayed at the Juneau Hotel in May for 3 days. I was very happy with my room on the 3rd floor which I would recommend with the high ceilings, however there was a lot of noise on the street side, just close the windows and it's fine, or get a room on the other side of hotel. The room... More

I stayed in one of the suites for 17 days for work. The hotel itself is in easy walking distance to downtown and the bridge to Douglas. I was initially given a room with a broken washing machine and no idea of when it will be repaired. I needed the washer and dryer, so they moved me to another room.... More

The rooms are great - spacious, clean. well maintained, comfortable beds, great kitchen, ample sitting area. The location near the main road was noisy - needed to close windows and use ear plugs. It is 15 minute walk to downtown. But a MAJOR issue was that we left our bags with the front desk and when we got back, they... More

This hotel was very good for a family staying a few days in Juneau without a car. The 2 queen room had a separate room with sofa sleeper and a basic kitchenette with full sized fridge, stove, enough utensils to fry eggs or make pasta, and a coffeemaker with coffee. We did make use of the compact washer/dryer in the... More

Due to computer issues, our reservation was lost (despite calling months in advance), so we were put in a smaller room. However, the manager tried to make up for the problems. This is a no-frills place. I had to request paper goods 3 times during the week because the maid didn't restock. However, the staff were friendly enough and we... More

Room we stayed in (double queen suite) facing the mountain was in excellent condition. Couch has pullout. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. Fully equipped kitchenette comes also with a washer and dryer. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful with all of our requests and were very forthcoming with places to dine and see if we... More
