From the outside this place looks lovely and welcoming and it supports a very good cause which I commend. However, the food was very dissappointing. We visited for lunch and ordered the margarita pizza and quiche lorraine. The quiche was burnt and so hard at the bottom I couldn't cut through it. They changed it for me but the second... More

When passing this restaurant it looked very lovely. They have seats outside were you can enjoy the sun. At night we went back for dinner. When we ordered, it took amazingly long before they served the dinner. The same when we ordered deserts. We were the only customers in the restaurant and we had to wait at least 30 minutes... More

We booked this hotel because it is listed as providing support & training for disadvantaged youth. The hotel was dirty & no daily cleaning service was provided. Our bathroom waste basket was not even emptied during our 3 night stay. There were certainly enough young people in the building all the time that if given direction & supervision & some... More

With Christmas decorations still festooning the restaurant and a clock running two hours too slowly the apparent time warp in the baguette an chocolat Sapa had some appeal. After the claustrophobic cacophony of Hanoi the scenic idyll of Sapa in the highlands if Vietnam was a peaceful respite. However in the baguette and chocolat it seemed that time literally stood still.... More

I love this awesome place! My husband and I stayed in this hotel when we traveled to Sapa. We had the great time there. The staffs are very kind and friendly. The room is so cozy and nice with enough needed equipment. They name the rooms as the names of the cakes, so cute^^! The hotel located near the town... More

We have mixed feelings regarding our stay - On the one hand, the staff was incredibly kind, the food was good, it seems to us that they don't take commission for booking tickets, and of course - the profits go to an important goal... On the other hand - we had cockroaches in the room... Not one, but about three... More

We didn't stay in a hotel, but came two times for the excellent breakfest. Such a nice place for a lazy morning, sipping excellent coffee, enjoying fresh pastry and tasty fruit salad with fresh Sapa's honey. The interior is really nice, atmosphere really relaxed, nice service. Good value for suprisingly cheap prices. The idea of employing disadvantaged young people is... More

$15 a night? Are you kidding? Big room, french doors, a balcony, the best Vietnamese coffee in town, amazing views, an incredible menu, and really nice people. Worst thing I can say? The bed is a little hard. The Hmong girls met outside our room on the street in the mornings (it really did sound like birds in a tree)... More

Stayed at Baguette my only night in Sapa. It is not on the main road - which is really nice, calm and peaceful. The staff are really great - all in training as part of Hoa Sua training programme for disadvantaged youth. As the staff are trainees they are new and very eager to do a good job and learn.... More

We stayed here for a couple of days during the Christmas period, Sapa is freezing cold and misty this time of year but living in Thailand at the moment, that was just what we were looking for. For 25 Dollars a night, the rooms aren't the cheapest in Sapa and you will probably find something similarly comfortable for less money.... More
