The hotel is a little old and dated BUT the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff more than makes up for it. Trang, the receptionist/host is the happiest, friendliest and most accommodating person you are ever likely to come across. She will bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. She is the sort of person you will remember for...

Great room, good breakfast and the friendliest staff in Sapa. We were here for two nights. I got sick on my third day and they gave us a late checkout. Shower was hot, great water pressure and our view from the balcony was unbelievable. Thanks to Ms. Tran for being so amazing!

We visited Sapa to discover the ricefields, the local culture and Vietnam's highest mountain Fansipan. The area is perfect for hiking and being outdoors. We stayed 4 days in Sapa of which two were unfortunately covered in fog. The hotel is set on a hillside with a wonderful valley view and view on Fansipan mountain (provided there are no clouds)....

Stayed here for one night and loved it. The room had lots of space, great view, a balcony and was very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the meals were excellent. A short distance from the centre so it was very quiet, but not too far out that you couldn't walk to the centre if you wanted...

Good location with nice view. Close to local restaurants. We appreciated very helpful staff. The can arrange for you almost everything. It is better to take a taxi from bus station ( around 50000 VND). Breakfast was quite good, wifi connection was perfect. Sometimes is quite noisy, you will hear everything.

Great mountain view at 3rd floor. No lift in the hotel, if carry heavy luggage might a problem. Within 5 to 8 minutes walk from main town area. Breakfast is nice, however limited choices. Staffs are friendly.

Nice room with a fantastic view and a good bathroom. Nice price. The receptionists are very friendly. We arrived by night train at Lao Cai train station and they pick us up by bus to take us up to SaPa. Amazing walk with a local guide to catcat waterfalls. The food in the hotel was good in general.

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience in this hotel. The rooms are old and obsolete, bathroom's sink aplenty dripped every time we used it. I had to go and look for the receptionist in order to check out, we were in a rush and we couldn't find him anywhere, he was in fact having breakfast upstairs. Wifi doesn't work...

I stayed here as part of a tour booked in Hanoi. Trang and Duong were super friendly and helped me with any questions i had. The rooms were nice and i had a little balcony with a view. The restaurant on the top floor served massive delicious meals and the views were stunning. I had a lovely stay and would...
