This was an expensive place for us and we were left with the only option being to get a private room with a view. I guess Sapa is expensive and we were there during Tet holiday so a lot was booked out. The view was exceptional. Very beautiful. However the rest of the hotel was not worth the price we...

The family running this place is extremely kind and welcoming, they did everything and more that was needed to accommodate us. Not expensive but very clean and with a great view! The daughter speaks very good English and I couldn't be happier. There are both rooms and dorms available. We stayed in a room but from what I've seen of...

Arriving at 4am to Sapa with four other friends, during the Chinese new year holidays and trying to find a guest house with no reservation seemed impossible. After knocking on many doors the friendly owner opened the door and let us stay in the lobby until morning. Although they only had one room left, they agreed to add some extra...

I stayed in this guesthouse for 4 nights in March 2014. The guesthouse was run by a family who were really friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. It was lovely that every time I walked to reception I was given a very warm welcome. They even helped with my onward travel plans. I stayed in two different rooms having...

The first impression was good. We arrived early and they kept our bags till the rooms was ready. Once we stayed longer we realized that the linen was not clean and the the towels were also not clean. The receptionist sleeps in the entrance foyer so you cannot sit there and relax.

The room was a very decent size even had a couch inside , and it had a lovely balcony. The checkout time is a little early but when checking out they asked what time my bus was and gave me...

Clean and comfortable rooms with a nice view. Not so expensive. In the morning there we had to take the bus to Dien Bien Phu, but our laundry was not ready due to a misunderstanding. The staff were very helpful, made a phone call and picked up the laundry at 7am so we could catch our bus. Thank you!
