We enjoyed our 3 nights at Elegance Hotel. Very kind and friendly staff and management. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet spot off the main plaza with pretty views from the north facing balconies. We booked on Agoda and got an excellent deal which included breakfast. Breakfast is good value even if not included at $3USD for large portions of...

Stayed here as part of a tour in Sapa. The hotel is beautiful with lots of flowers and very nice modern rooms. We had a large family suite with two separate bedrooms. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. The staff is extremely friendly and were happy to store our bags for the day while we did some more touring around...

The Sapa Elegance Hotel was one of our favorite places in Vietnam! First, the transfer service fro Lao Cai went smoothly and it was about $3 per person. The hotel is up a small hill and the lazy driver didn't drive us up so we had to walk up with our bags. I don't think this is the hotel's fault...

Just returned from 5 1/2 weeks in southeast Asia, and this hotel was the very best for the money in the five countries I visited. The owner and staff are outstanding. The rooms are more than comfortable, and the views are amazing. The breakfast was ample and good. The beautiful town is just a short walk down the hill, and...

This is a lovely hotel. Located 3 mins walk up a short hill from the town centre but away from the noise and bustle. The staff and owner are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean all with balconies with spectacular views from every room - possibly some of the best views of any hotel in Sapa!...

The room is well functioned with a nice view of the town and surrounding mountains. It's very clean. Breakfast is simply good. The best experience is with the friendly and helpful staff. Sapa Elegance is a nice hotel, just up the hill from the main street in Sapa. Our room was large and the balcony allowed us to watch the fog roll in. Good wifi and hot showers. Breakfast was decent but limited to a few set options prepared to order.

We stay this hotel 1 night. The staff given big room to us. (2 pax) The room like connected room with 1 double and 2 twin bed. If you come in group of friend. you may consider to book this room. Room is big and clean, of course the room is no aircond due to the weather of Sapa.

The staffs were nice, some of them are not good at English but we found them very friendly and willing to help. The room was clean, has all neccesary things like dryer, shampoo, safe box. The breakfast was fine, too. However, the thing that ones should concern is the room number 301,302&303 have a shared balcony linked to a public stair;...
