It's a very very duper bad experience for For my stay in this hotel. I wouldn't give even one star if it's not compulsory. It's terrible then terrible. Firstly, we found spider on the bed. Secondly the blanket is stained and dirty. Not to say the staffs there. They didn't care bout your feelings or what, they just want your... More

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. the room was a reasonable size, clean and had all the amenities we required. We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel and had a balcony and view over the valley. The road was not particularly busy and also was convenient for getting to Cat Cat Village.... More

Got a really large room on the top floor with a great view for a decent price. It was quiet and not many other guests. The staff tried their best to assist us with anything. No breakfast, but we found a great buffet on the main road for 70k.

At first we were a little bit hesitant as we found this hotel by chance but when the owner walked us in our room on the 5th floor (504 to be exact) i immediately told my husband that this is the perfect room for us. The room size was more than the average and was double the size of one... More

The hotel is at Fansipang road- quite center therefore comfortable for guests to hang around. My room is in 2nd floor, quite big with a view of the large moutain. The hotel has balcony along it with so many lovely flowers and plants. It was really relax here, good price too :)

This room was very basic, including two separated beds and old TV and closet. The bathroom was dirty and also the toilet, but for 20$ it was worth it. If you have enough time to book in advance, do it and don't wait for the last minute like us. The staff was OK, didn't know too much English.

We got in on the bus very early and this was the only hotel with availability. Our room was fine--nothing special. We asked for a double bed, but instead got two twins. The shower ran out of hot water quickly. Everything was clean though! We rented a motorbike through the hotel and it was malfunctioning, but the staff seemed disinterested... More

I turned up and felt like I had interrupted their morning chat. there was a lot of confusion about my booking. I was expected to have printed out my room information. After a lot of fussing around they turned on the computer and found out what they needed. I did get a room with a lovely view, the water was... More

We stayed in large room that offered very good value for money. The room has a heater and a reasonable supply of hot water. Big, thick blankets also help. The room was clean and well appointed. It is great value for money. The staff weren't very talkative however this seems more related to their English ability rather than rudeness. I... More

We stayed there 3 nights in November and were the only guests as it seemed. One might expect a good Service as the staff didn't have anything to do except hanging around in the Lobby. But they didn't talk much to us and we didn't feel very welcomed at all. The room was quite good value for Money, very Big... More
