I recomend the hotel. It's clean, the price is reasonable. There is a beautiful view from the room's window. Mrs. Moon is very helpful and kind. She cooked for us the breakfast and dinner. She found us a guide, gave us all the tips.

Stayed here for two nights in a private room. The room had everything needed, the shower was great and the views were good. The beds were a little bit on the hard side but that's quite common in Vietnam. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was decent and the overall vibe of the hotel was nice and...

Although the staff are friendly the rooms are awful! We were in a downstairs dorm of 6 it was so damp the sheets felt wet, the bathroom door was rotting and didn't close, the shower didn't work and to top it all off there were massive beetles in the wood work of the bed (found several in the bed before...

I stayed in the 6 bed female dormitory. The beds were comfortable, the duvets soft (but damp) and the facilities breaking down (our toilet was broken). The room did not have lockers or a personal key. Most importantly the wifi didn't work in the dorms. I tried to show this to the owner and she acted like it was the...

I was there this week. The staff over there is amazing. The breakfast is also very nice, but the room is not nice. The walls are kind of moldy with a musty and ruke smell. The bed is feeling moist as well. For maybe one night its alright.

Very nice hotel with good restaurant. Rooms are a bit outdated and have no airco which makes them moist due to the climate. The hotel is however nicely positioned in the centre which brings everything within walking distance. New hotels are under construction in the immediate surrounding.

The views were amazing. Mrs. Moon who owns the place, was incredibly sweet, kind and helpful. All the advice she gave us was great. We rented mopeds from the hostel which were cheap and easy, however they did have a little trouble starting several times through out our drives. The laundry service was very nice but lost quite a bit...

I stayed in this hotel with a group of friends and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Before we went trekking through Sapa, the owner, Mrs Moon is incredible in her job. She went out of her way to give us tips on hiking and was very friendly and I recommend her services, she is amazing!!! The hostel is located in...

Firstly like to state that location is great, price is ok and the owner Mrs. Moon is a lovely helpful lady. Unfortunately so much lets this place down which largely comes from the American western manager BB. Because he is a westerner you are lured into this false sense of trust and believe his sales pitches. On our first day...
