We stayed here as part of a group tour and enjoyed a nice stay, clean rooms, and friendly staff in the Historic section of the cititadal. Great views of the old town from our windows too. I hate Trip Advisor requirement of 200 plus words.

This hotel is in a very old building so the room ran lengthwise. It was wonderful though. The window opened right onto the main square and provided excellent people watching. Breakfast was standard but satisfying. The hotel had a wonderful store with local stuff. I bought an autographed copy of a memoir a guide recommended called Along the Enchanted Way.... More

A lovely older style hotel were we had an apartment which was spacious and comfortable. It had a lobby, lounge area with sofa and a bedroom off of the lobby with double bed. In the bathroom is a bath with shower over, sink had no plug (must be Romanian thing). From the hotel entrance it is a few minutes to... More

This Hotel location is very good, in the heart of the old city of Sighisoara. The building is historic and was built in 1520. Interesting but not enough if you need a good rest after a long day of driving. The room is less than basic. Feels old, some will call it historic or interesting but I can tell you... More

We stayed here 3 nights so we could have 2 full days to enjoy the town. It was too long. We had a nice big room overlooking the central square; that was good and bad. Nice view. Noisy! We arrived at noon but could not check in until 1400; no big deal, they kept our luggage and we went exploring... More

This is a 'basic' hotel. The rooms are dark due to the dark furniture. The beds have hard mattresses and the quilts don't hang down the edges of the bed. We had a good evening meal Breakfast was a bit more spartan as no buffet. We chose our cooked breakfast from a menu which was nicely presented. Our Romanian guide... More

I gave this hotel an excellent rating based upon its uniqueness. It was built in the 18th century and has been restored to some extent. Our room was a large two room suite. Furniture was old, to fit in with the style of the building. The bathroom was modern. There is no air conditioning, but we left the windows open.... More

We stayed 2 nights in September 2016 and expected to be lodged in a hotel with air and elevators since we are not young. However no such facilities were available and moreover the first night we were given a rather small and crowded room.( No 204). See second floor plan photo. The furniture in the rooms is old and in... More

Basic hotel located in the heart of the old medieval city. Walking distance from the main attractions. No elevators and no air conditioning. There is so little light in the room that you can hardly see anything. The restaurant in the hotel is good with many choices. Free Wifi in the room with poor reception.
