The location, accommodation, and staff could not have been better. We booked two nights and then decided to stay a third night. Night person said no room available, so we booked another hotel. Next morning staff asked if our stay was everything we expected. Told them it was and was disappointed that we could not stay a third night. He,... More

Arrived late afternoon for an overnight stay. Parked on the visitors car park at the bottom of the hill (rear entrance to the citadel. cars only allowed in for drop offs). You have to walk up to Casa Wagner which is located in the central square of The Citadel. On arrival staff very welcoming and checked me in quickly. My... More

The location is wonderful as the hotel is on the square. The building is old so you have to make some allowances for style and fittings. We had plenty of space and it was quiet except for the chiming bells. Wi-fi worked okay. Breakfast was just okay. Staff were friendly.

We had just arrived in Sighisoara and checked into our hotel and decided to celebrate by having lunch in the beautiful square of the old town. We ordered pasta and beer. The beer came, but not the pasta. We had another beer and asked about the pasta. Still no pasta. The waitress came out to serve others and we asked... More

It would be difficult to find a more picturesque location for a hotel, you are right in the centre of the old citadel and it's quite lovely, this alone may be enough for some and may make this hotel acceptable. However the hotel has quite a number of deficiencies. Our room was quite pleasant, clean and warm. However the beds... More

The title says is all. If any of the things mentioned in the title does not bother you, this is a great place, otherwise, I suggest you to look elsewhere. I was here during the fall season and it get quite cold at night too. It was an overall average experience.

During a two-night stay in the citadel of Sighisoara, the Casa Wagner refused to serve meals to its own guests because a tour group had booked the dining room. The same for two other restaurants on the square. Had I known such a thing could happen, I would have stayed in the lower town.

The hotel has all you need to be comfortable, is central, has a excellent breakfast, and is close to everything in this more than charming medieval town. The hotel faces the town square which is so very pretty and well maintained.

Very nice hotel in Sighisoara, with very big rooms and very comfortable beds. The hotel is a former grand mansion, so the arhitecture and the atmosphere are really unique I had some issues with the TV in my room, but it didn't bother me that much.

The hotel looks like a medieval inn, it has vintage furniture, the rooms and lobby are very nice decorated with antiques. You are inside the castle so a few steps from everything. The breakfast wasn't the best but we didn't really care much about it
