We were introduced to the Grand Aygun Hotel by friends who described it as paradise. It did not disappoint. We had a two bedroom bungalow that was simple but perfect for us. The owner, Mehmet, and his family, were warm and gracious hosts, helping us with suggestions for restaurants and excursions that were wonderful. Breakfasts included organic fruits and vegetables...

We stayed in the Grand Aygun Hotel in the autumn half term when the trees were full of ripe oranges and lemons. We had been to Istanbul for a few days and took an internal flight (with Pegasus) to Antalya. We had arranged for transit from the airport to the Hotel (costs around £45?) which is a 1/1/2 - 2...

This is a really lovely place to stay - so close to the beach with clean and cosy wooden cabins nestled among endless orange trees. The staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast fresh, tasty and plentiful (if vegetarian) and just really relaxing. There are a lot of children (and chickens), but the noise wasn't a problem. Everything is really clean...

Nice wooden bungalows, though stark and characterless inside. However, over-riding smell of sewage, plus poor breakfast and refusal to accept payment by credit or debit card made this a swift one-nighter. Ours was obviously a very different experience to other reviewers. Perhaps we just hit it at a bad, end of season time.
