This “boutique hotel” lacks basic amenities such as shower gel, and when we inquired with the hotel manager, he mocked our request saying that “as if shower gel is such an important amenity”. Well, since this is a boutique hotel, I would expext such shower gel and also respect for the guests, instead of instead of replying to guests inappropriately with sarcasm and mockery. The rooms were decently cleaned, and our room with the large terrace was good enough. The pool was also looking nice. However, the “open buffet” breakfast was very poor, and definitely not up to Turkish breakfast standards. The managers’ hospitality was also subpar, as you can see from their disrespectful attitude. One last note: in Turkey, every hotel is required by law to have a water depot. Apparently, this hotel doesn’t have it, since we were left waterless because of a 2-hour malfunction in Dalyan’s water supply. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.…

Denizciğim annenler seni küçükken her şey dahil tatil köylerine çok götürmüşler anlaşılan, oradan kalma alışkanlıklar ve standartlar maalesef küçük otellerde olmuyor. Otelimizde üç adet yedek su deposu mevcut fakat bölgemizde yoğunluktan kaynaklı genel bir su arızası/kesintisi yaşandığı zamanlarda inanki odalardaki jakuzi fantezilerine izin veremiyoruz. Kahvaltıya gelince buradan tüm okuyuculara açık davet! internette geleneksel Ege kahvaltısında neler olmalı diye yazarlarsa ve açık büfe kahvaltımızda orada yazanlarla eş değer bir kahvaltımız yoksa ücretini almayacağız. Bu arada duş jeli çok önemli tatile çıkarken yanımızdan hiç ayırmayalım. Misafir Türk, otel de Türkiye'de ama yorum İngilizce çok fiyakalı olmuş, kendimizi affettirmek için mutlaka tekrar bekleriz, selamlar.

It was real magic - on arrival from our northern country we book this hotel for 1 day, and stay totally 10 days. Simply because it has everything what we need from the very beginning. I guess it was first time in our travel history (btw, we’ve visited 60 countries so far) 1) Hotel. Very beautiful building in traditional style amid green amazing garden. Bougainvillaea was everyday (and everynight) mood tonic - perfect magenta colour! And rubber tree in the middle full of hanging chairs. 2) Pool. Made from green stones directly from Bali. Actually all this garden is just a part of Bali - with all these sculptures, pink stone tubes in WC, modern pictures on walls and especially tables: dining at them was +1 to appetite. Real Zen garden for those, who need truly relax atmosphere. 3) Breakfast. It was healthy, big, variative and tasty all days (usually, we can eat 2-3 days, after it became boring, this time situation was luckily opposite). 4) Food. Usually we go outside hotel for dinner during our vacation, but this time we had dinner here almost all the time - simply because food was really on our taste, served on good plates and it was perfect quality overall. 5) Town. Turkey wasn’t on my top destination list, but because of covid we decided to go there. And because of Dalyan town, I’d like to visited Turkey more and more. Small cozy town with 1-2 pedestrian streets full of home like restaurants and shops, picturesque river along the centre, ancient ruins across of the river, cruises, lovely promenades. And everywhere fully relax atmosphere! What do you need more for your after pandemic travelling ?!! 6) Sea. Actually, this hotel is not on the beach, but - it is more pro than contra. Everyday we have visited different locations: cosy lagoons, turtle beaches, good beach clubs, open sea waters or small marinas - and just in 15-25 mins from the hotel. Much much better than if we’d stay in some big hotel on seashore. And finally 7) - it should be of course first, but… Rita and Sertac. Guys, you are the best! We have a dream before to open the boutique hotel somewhere on some days. And we were inside this dream this 10 days! Many many many thanks to you, and all of your team, who made our staying one of the best in our memories!! And as a final remark - I will always remember your phrase, which you said one night during our everyday wine talks: «We are here not to sell rooms to the clients, we are here to give them Experience in every detail!»… And yes, I should confirm - it was Experince!…

It looked nice on photos, but in reality it is much better. Perfect design for the rooms. Quite and relax but not boring at all. The owners, a Turkish-Russian couple, are really nice and take care of all the details and what you can need to make your experience the best. Is one of the best hotels I have ever been and feel comfortable, not just a Hotel. And Dalyan is such beautiful place to visit!
