Came here after reading all the reviews, and for once all i can do is echo them. Lovely little complex of 4 villas and 4 apartments, set a comfortable 20 minute walk from town, even for me with a walking stick. Mithat and staff are extremely friendly and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble. Would heartily recommend this place,... More

We stayed for 2 weeks in one of the apartments and for the majority of our second week we were the only ones in the apartments - the villas were full give or take a day. We found the apartment very comfortable, plenty of room and we had lovely views from our bedroom balcony. Air-con in the main was vey... More

We can't praise the Adilan Villas highly enough. Mithat instantly makes you feel at home and well cared for, whilst always giving you your privacy. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, in the apartment, around the pool and when you order food. We will definitely be coming back as so many of his guests do. It is just 10 minutes walk to... More

This was out first visit to Adilan Villas & Apartments and we had a wonderful 2 week stay. The pool area & gardens are beautiful, and maintained to a very high standard, as was our villa. The walk into the village takes approximately 15 minuets & is a pleasant flat stroll in the evening with a taxi back costing 12.50... More

We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday in beautiful Dalyan, Turkey. The town was very quiet this year due to tourists keeping away because of the threat of terrorism. We experienced no bother what so ever and had a fabulous 2 weeks, and we are planning another stay next year. Dalaman airport is always very safety conscious, and was... More

Carol and I are repeat visitors to Adilan and were welcomed as old friends. It was exactly how we remembered it from last year, and we just slipped into the customary comfortable routine of living at Adilan for three weeks. No effort at all! Mithat and his wife, and the lady who cleans the apartments (Cremet) are lovely helpful people,... More

These are basic villas, but they have what you need and are out in the country. Be prepared to be woken up by cockerels. Methat and his family who run the adilan are there if you need them but otherwise leave you alone. Thank you me that for another great holiday.
