Loya Vita, great hotel, great staff

We decided to go back to our favourite place in October, having been only in the Summer months several times before and it was just as beautiful, clean with happy, pleasant staff who would no anything for you. Anna and Ahmet with their wonderful staff made our holiday wonderful once again. The sun was shining (31 degrees one day) and we laid by the pool and went on boat trips too. The hotel’s rooms are very clean, our towels were changed every other day and sheets changed during our 1 week holiday with beautiful swans and flowers made out of towels, so romantic! Anything you want Ahmet or Anna will arrange it for you. You must try this hotel, you won’t be disappointed 😊

Another fabulous holiday at Loya Vita. Not much to add to the previous 200+ reviews - they are all accurate and reflect the superb quality of Loya Vita, Anna, Ahmet and staff. Looking forward to our next visit :)

Fantastic Hosts

This was my second stay at the Loya Vita. The hotel is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hosts and staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, they go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and well looked after. I'm a big eater but even I couldn't finish the breakfast! I'm looking forward to going back and I wouldn't consider any other hotel in Dalyan.

Another amazing holiday at Loya Vita

We had another amazing holiday with Anna & Ahmet and their team at the Loya Vita. The apartments are large, with two balconies, extremely clean , fridge,TV, dining & seating area. Fabulous breakfast included, you will not go hungry! Lovely pool area and bar. You have to try one of Ahmets barbeque nights , good food and good company. It's a short walk into town.

Friendly and peaceful

Very nice and frandly service. The hotel is very clean and peaceful. The breakfast is delicious and nutritious. The Location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The garden is very beautiful.

Difficult to find the words!

This was our 2nd visit this year to Loya Vita, we love this place, Owned by Ahmet & Anna who are quite simply the best hosts, nothing is too much trouble for these people. Lovely clean rooms, showers to die for, comfortable beds, fabulous breakfasts and a team of ladies who support the business. I call it my second home in fact I’m happier here! Great advice from Ahmet on the local area, restaurants, and bookings or arranging fabulous boat trips. Thank you for a fabulous holiday again.

Perfect small Hotel

I don’t usually write reviews but this place is exceptional so they deserve recognition. Loya Vita is a small family run Hotel. The owners Anna and Ahmet run the place to a high standard. The breakfast is plentiful, three amazing ladies keep the Hotel spotlessly clean and Anna and Ahmet are always on hand to help in any way. It’s an easy walk to shops and restaurants. I have never stayed anywhere where you immediately feel at home as you do at Loya Vita.

Superb Hotel with Exceptional Service

We booked a week with Anna & Ahmet in the Star View room purely out of location to where we had family staying but we fell lucky. Anna & Ahmet are superb hosts, very friendly and super nice people. The hotel is so clean and tidy with an exceptional pool and bar area. My wife and I were so happy with everything that we will be returning next year (and many times after that im sure) The location is excellent being approx 5-10 minutes from all the bars and night life you are close enough but also far enough away if you want the quiet nights. The Star View room is great with everything you need close at hand. We will be returning next year.

A lovely cosy hotel

I stayed at the Loya Vita for ten nights, it was my first visit. I must congratulate the hosts, Anna and Ahmet, for their warm hospitality. My apartment was comfortable and cosy, housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast is traditional and plentiful. The hotel suited me as it is small and has a nice swimming pool. I will be returning next year.

It was epic

The hotel is run by Anna and Ahmet, and they are the most convivial host you will have the pleasure of meeting. You are made to feel part of the family and it certainly made our stay a real pleasure. Nothing is too much trouble for either of them, or the staff. The breakfast is unquestionalbly the best I have encountered and you are never left feeling hungry far from it. It was my wifes birthday whilst we were therea and they went out of their way to make it very special The rooms are home from home and immaculately clean and kept that way all the way through our holiday. The beds and pillows were great and the best I think I've had away from home. The recommendations they gave us for local restuarants didn't fail to impress us, and every meal we had was better than the last. We can't wait to go back and enjoy it all again Thanks again you made it epic…
