We arrived at the hotel late evening and we were allocated a room on the top floor (3rd floor). Sadly there are no lifts and with heavy cases and the travelling this wasn’t the best start.
But this was soon rectified after my partner carried both cases to our room.
The hotel was well run and clean all the staff wore masks. We opted for B&B and the hotel staff assisted with the breakfast as the usual self service is not allowed due to Covid.
Plenty of fruit, cheese, meat, cereal, toast & jam as well as eggs (boiled, scrambled or fried) pancakes, omelettes, pastries etc. Tea, coffee, water, juice.
We had couple if lunches from the cafe which were OK. And we chose to eat our in the evenings.
Great Air con, hot water a bit hit and miss.
The rooms are adequate but the showers a little small.
Location isn’t bad but you are a 15 min walk into town but on the plus side taxis are just £2 each way.
The outside bar at night is friendly and all drinks charged to your room
I didn’t use the pool or the sun loungers but they were plentiful. The pool is large and very clean. In addition there is also some lovely seating in the garden.
Nearly forgot to mention great WiFi

Would I stay here again? Definitely.

We arrived home a couple of days ago after spending 8 nights at Club Alla Turca. Our first time to Dalyan and it was a last minute thing after our Majorca holiday was cancelled due to covid .
We flew with jet2 from Leeds and arrived early evening. We were in room 122 on the first floor with a lovely view of the pool area. The room was an adequate size, with traditional furniture, plenty of storage and kept very clean by our housekeeper. I personally found the shower a little small.
Due to covid all guests must wear masks to move around the hotel and go into the dining room. At breakfast the food and drinks are all served over the counter to you by the staff. Food was ok, not my taste, but I found enough to keep me going. At lunchtime a snack menu was available in the outside dining area, but again I didn't find a lot to my taste.
The sunbed situation needs to be addressed, as mentioned in previous posts, towels were out by 7am by the pool. They have tried to cut down on sunbed but those by the pool I thought were too close together considering the current situation. We opted for the garden area where we had loads of room, could have sun or shade, and was very peaceful.
Staffwise was hot and miss. They obviously had their fav returning guests, and only bothered talking to us when no one else was around. The exception was our housekeeper who was always pleasant. Nothing was explained to us when we arrived, no hotel information given and we ended up asking other guests how things worked.
However despite all these tiny niggles, we loved the hotel mainly because of how pretty and peaceful it was, also it's location 5 minutes from the river where you can see the turtles. Also the pool was great as it had proper steps down with a handrail, and I was able to stand up which makes all the difference to me. The Wi-Fi was free and strong all round the hotel, and the safe was free also.
We will definitely be returning, once covid is under control and we don't have to wear masks!

I cannot rate this hotel high enough! This was our third visit and during a difficult time, we were made to feel safe and able to relax. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after, everything was spotlessly clean and as always, the food was lovely. The location is excellent with a short walk along the river into town and the facilities are the best we’ve ever experienced. We love this hotel. The friendliness and professionalism always guarantee a brilliant stay. Looking forward to next year!

This was a last minute break, the price was very reasonable.
It has a lovely garden, big pool & 2 whirlpools. Very Clean and the Staff are very Helpful. Breakfast was simple, Evening Meal good food with a wide selection of meze and deserts. The restaurant itself was quite plain, cafeterie style, which was a shame, but you could take your food and sit under the eating area outside. The Rooms are clean, with a small balcony. The top rooms get the view of the hills and afternoon sun. We had a first floor which got the morning sun, view of the pool, it had a built in sofa in the alcove and an extra bed/sofa which was useful.
Pool bar and light lunches on site as well.
10 minute walk to the riverside, with all the local cafes or a 20-30 minute walk into town. Lots of river boat trips available. Water taxis to the Beach on the hour, very cheap.
There is a good view of the Tombs of the Kings, and nearby 2 local mud baths & spas. Friday is market day which is worth going to and hangling with the locals.
we met quite a few people who always go back to the Alla Turca, year after year as they like the quiet location. The Hotel could do with updating as some furniture is tired. But considering the Turkish have had 2 years of lockdown. I thought the Hotel was comfortable and value for money. Tip: take a travel kettle, there are fridges in the rooms.

Stayed at Alla Turca for 1 week from 24th July with my husband. First holiday in Dalyan and we loved it. We arrived very early in the morning 2am after delayed flights. Young guy on reception very helpful and friendly and carried both our cases for us bless him. Rooms spotless and cleaned everyday with clean towels, minibar items replaced as used. Very comfy beds and pillows. Only ate breakfast at hotel but plenty of choice and fresh eggs at the egg station made to how you want. Plenty of sun beds when needed. 10 minute lovely stroll by the river to town where you will find plenty of restaurants and boat trips. Safe in room stopped working after 2 days and the guy who came to look at it said it probably the battery and wasn’t replaced but not a problem as we just used our suitcases and locked them. Young guy at pool bar very friendly and smiley and always insisted on bringing our drinks to our table. All the younger staff very friendly and always smiling, some of the older staff not so polite and a bit moody especially on the breakfast area but didn’t bother us at all. Definitely would stay here again it’s a lovely hotel just in the right spot.

Loved the hotel go to Turkey every year normally stay in a three star. Our first room was a twin there were no actual bed sheets only the waffle fabric covers which are used as top covers over cotton sheets in other hotels. Our toilet was significantly wobbly! The runners of the patio doors weren't aligned so opening and closing the door was a challenge. We moved to a double bedded room with the same non sheet's on the bed these are pretty uncomfortable. There definitely needed blackout curtains in this room but significantly I'm reporting on two issues from previous trip advisor reviews namely the drainage smell from the bathroom and the probably worse than ever experienced sun bed reservation issue. One couple kept their towels on beds for a whole week they were never moved. Wonderful pool very clean, one very good male receptionist who helped us move. Lovely grounds.

This was our first stay at this hotel though not at Dalyan . Modern bright hotel with quality fixtures and fittings and a very comfortable bed with great heating/cooling system .
Situated by the car ferry to Kaunas and Candir and within 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurant , casually 15 mins to the centre of town , all on the flat.
The service in the restaurant, bar and room cleaning were all excellent , absolutely nothing to fault , ( though the outdoor pool was still a little chilly )
We have already booked to return

Sayed at the Club Alla Turca 18th – 25th June.
What a pleasant hotel, friendly staff who work damned hard to meet every guests demands. From reception, bar and restaurant, all the staff ensured the guests were made very welcome.

Rooms were clean with towels changed each day. We occupied room 125 which was a loft room, very quiet and peaceful. A fridge stocked with essential beverages, air conditioning and a safe box which all came with the price.

We stayed half board, Breakfast had a great choice as did evening meal. If anyone doesn’t find anything they like then they must be fussy.
Plenty of sun loungers available, not difficult to find the perfect spot around the pool. The gardens were well kept and maintained and more sun loungers around the gardens.

There’s a pleasant snack bar where lunch time meals can be purchased, reasonably priced and large portions. I would stay here again without hesitation.

It’s the most pleasant walk into Town which takes ten mins along the Riverside. The pathway is lined with boats and riverside Restaurants all the way into Town. We just came for a chill out and didn’t book any boat trips.
We would visit Dalyan again and explore the Tombs and ancient ruins, maybe do the mud bath.
Dennis and Brenda.

Nice hotel in a good location, this is the first time we’ve stayed at the Alla Turca Hotel it’s a four star, but it’s really a three star, we stayed for two weeks B&B the rooms are ok,there is a safe, fridge, air conditioning and a TV but our TV didn’t work. The breakfast is typical Turkish, no bacon, sausage or baked beans, but plenty of eggs and plastic meat also fruit, tea and coffee the coffee isn’t very good. If you like a hot drink in your room then take a travel kettle, as there isn’t one in the room
It will take you about ten minutes to walk to the town centre, by the side of the river or on the road
If you want to go to the beach by boat it will cost you about six pound, you can’t buy a beer at the beach anymore, so we went the other way with Thomas to the market, a very pleasant trip costing eight pounds, it takes about one hour and forty minutes
Meals cost about twelve pounds, but if you want a steak it’s about twenty five pounds,a beer is four pounds, if you like Indian food then go to the Spice Garden it’s very good and reasonably priced
Would we stay again at the Alla Turca, Yes

We stayed here for 11 nights. On arrival we we were present with a scruffy, smelly room on the top floor and junkyard view, this was no 4 star room possible 2 at best. Asked to move rooms at reception and we were offered another room at the cost of another £450!!! We paid the upgrade cost as I knew we couldn’t stay in that other room. After a few days we noticed the towels-on-sun- bed brigade were in force. We only spent two days by the pool as we are not the type to get up at 6:30 on hols to bag a sun bed. Dalyan is lovely and we had a great time on the boat trips and beach. The buffet breakfast is lovely and the cleaning staff do a great job.
Definitely won’t be back to Alla Turca but we will be back to Dalyan.
