Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I’m writing regarding the Ali T review. Titled “Wouldn’t go”. I’m sorry Ali, I doubt you have. This is not a serious review of a great hotel. The keskin is on the edge of town, it’s no secret, that’s one of the reasons we loved it,it’s out of the way from town. How you judge the distance to other restaurants from day time to evening is something else. Does the 1 star justify your not being able to walk, taxi, dolmus to find alternatives. Weather is too hot…..it’s Turkey. It’s near a river, mozzies like water. Pool side is busy, it’s a popular hotel. We never ever struggled to find a bed. I’m again sorry Ali, “ stuffy air, bad for breathing, even warmer in the afternoon”. Are not valid reasons for awarding 1 star. You then gave 1 star to a Chinese restaurant on the main road, the food is great by the way, service is superb, prices are great,in my opinion, your reason being “noisy, full of cars and pedestrians “. Did you actually have a meal. The restaurant didn’t miraculously move itself closer to cars and pubs with thudding music while you sat. I have zero affiliation to either establishment, but I feel both Ali’s reviews should be removed.

Poor food service and no proximity to other restaurants during day time and evening. Weather is hot during day time and mosquitoes are everywhere from dusk up until dawn. Pool side is crowded usually with the towels unattended for for pool bed reservation seemingly. Dusty stuffy tick air bad for breathing and eyes. Some days no breeze and even warmer in afternoon.

We are regular visitors to Dalyan and have stayed at the Keskin a number of times. It maintains consistently high standards throughout the year. It is immaculate and well presented. The grounds and pool areas are exceptionally beautiful, with breath taking views from every point.. Staff are friendly and the breakfast varied and delicious. I can't recommend the Keskin highly enough.

Great neat and tidy hotel. Choice of three pools all relatively quite as we were there after school holidays. So helpful with giving us the rooms we needed on the ground floor nothing too much trouble. Do the hotel organized boat trips what a fantastic couple doing them, very helpful great food and entertaining trying to teach old codgers how to paddle board ;) All the staff from management, reception, bar staff and room cleaner are so friendly, always have time to say hello and a quit chat. Only thing i would request is please put hand rails and /or smaller steps to get out of the bottom pool, as I'm waiting for a double knee replacement and it was a bit of a struggle getting out, probably quit entertaining for anyone watching mind :) Overall, go and enjoy the hotel.

Arrived yesterday (11th October) hotel spotless reception pleasent breakfast great . Now negatives ....arrived were given our keys luggage taken up to the room maids still in the middle of getting the room ready bags left porter disappeared had to wait 30 mins till room was done !. Decided we were ready to eat so went to the bar. To order. They don't do food after 4pm (no notice if this). Then today went to order two drinks (shandy) was told we don't have lemonade they have three bar areas. But only one open and no lemonade so no drinks for us either ! On a plus beds comfy
