I stayed here over a year ago August 2019 . It was just me and my three girls we stayed for a few days as a stop gap I am so glade we did 😊 it was so lovely welcoming and just peaceful just what we needed . Unfortunately one of my children hurt them selfs and the staff and owners were so amazing they went above and beyond to make sure she got the right medical treatment and help we needed I couldn’t have asked for more . The food was lovely the breakfast was amazing I would 100% go back it was so clean and just the perfect place to relax and unwind thank you
Despite the efforts of covid we arrived at this immaculately clean resort to be greeted to the best breakfast in Dalyan served by Ahmed,Anna and the 2 girls. The apartments ,pool and surrounding areas are kept spotlessly clean by the staff. The apartments are spacious and bright and the kitchens well equipped (although why you would want to use it as there are 160 restaurants in Dalyan).
We came a year ago, booking this visit before we left and we left having booked again for April. We also wanted to come back to Dalyan with wider family in September as an early birthday treat and celebration of a significant birthday for Lorraine and so we were on the lookout for a villa to rent. Ahmet got involved and found us just what we wished for ....500 metres from the Safak ! So I'm sure Ahmet will pop round each day to move the sun beds and provide afternoon nibbles, as he does at his own hotel :-) Going abroad can make you nervous and apprehensive but do not hesitate booking this hotel.Once here ,Ahmet and his wife Anna can ensure you see as much or as little of Dalyan as you wish in what felt a very safe environment. We had a massage, two boat trips and an evening meal out with them and the lovely guests we made friends with in a very short time - all arranged by Ahmet . With 10 Turkish Lira to the pound our evening meals ranged from £7.80 to £20 plus drinks...for two ! At £20 we enjoyed a very generous Chateaubriand at Limes restaurant, which was lovely. Songuil and Hatija worked tirelessly to keep the hotel spotless. We can't wait to go back and enjoy the hospitality of these lovely people. Saying all this ...it should be noted it is Anna who keeps it all pulled together ! :-) See you soon Nick and Lorraine. …
After weeks of apprehension regarding travel arrangements, potential restrictions and confusing information regarding travel insurance we arrived at the Safak on the 7th September to a warm welcome from Anna, Ahmet and Fayez along with the staff Songul and Hatice . It’s our 10th visit to Dalyan and I think our 7th or 8th visit to Safak. Our two bedroomed apartment along with the rest of the hotel was spotlessly clean as usual. Safak have taken additional precautions by installing hand sanitisers around the hotel and all the staff wearing facemasks. Anna and Ahmet organised several meals both at the hotel and at our favourite restaurants which we enjoyed with our hosts and our fellow guests many who we know from previous years. We had the opportunity to meet Ahmet’s Mum and Dad again and his brother and wife who were on a short visit and later in the holiday Anna’s parents arrived much to the delight of Fayez (a tri-lingual 3 year old!). Anna and Ahmet are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble if you want them to organise restaurant reservations, boat trips, vehicle hire and airport transfer or just need some information. This has been our longest stay at Safak (23 nights) and we would take this opportunity to thank you once again for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Looking forward to seeing you next year. This is the 3rd time we have been back to Safak and have already booked for next year. The accommodation is spotless, better than many 5 star hotels we have stayed in worldwide. Anna and Ahmet are the most welcoming of hosts and nothing is to much trouble. Anything you want, just ask and they will either arrange if they can or advise what to do or where to go. The Safak is only a 10 minute walk to bars and restraunts all of which do amazing food and are all very clean and excellent value for money. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and we feel really safe there. The whole area is Covid compliant and we felt safer there than here in the UK. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay at the Safak.
