We stayed in a 4 bed dorm room at this lodge and were very happy with everything. Room was tidy and dry, The hot pool is perfect after a day on the mountain and the dry room was a huge help that I hadnt even considered. Would definitely stay again.

The suite was spacious & the kitchenette was very useful. We stayed x4 nights at the off peak rate $140. We would stay here again, and recommend to others. The bed was comfortable, more comfortable than some expensive hotels we have stayed in recently. We both enjoyed our stay at the Hobbit! :)

Arrived at around 9pm and had booked a 2 bed room dorm for myself and my friend. Very tiny room.Lots of dust everywhere. Not vacuumed well. MOLD ON THE CURTAINS! We had booked multiple nights but left in the morning and went to Station Lodge (Highly recommend).Service was ok and could have been better.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that the room was not up to your expectations. We have had hundreds of guests through our dormitories this winter and we have had very good feedback from them on departure. May we respectfully suggest that if you have an issue that you approach the Managers to see if it can be...

Charming motor Lodge for the family to spend the weekend. Nothing flash but sufficient for our needs. WiFi and spa available. Close to town and ski slopes. Friendly and helpful staff. We booked in early and settled in our family room before hitting the slopes.

Comfortable and clean with fantastic service. Arriving late the room was heated on a freezing night that was brilliant. However in the morning we noticed it didn't have a kitchen and wasn't to our liking. The managers bent over backwards to accommodate us. Spa bath large space good sized main bedroom. Now this was a lot extra but was worth...

We stayed here for a long weekend. It was very quite and relaxing. Comfortable well equipped units and warm. It had easy access to town. The owners were very accommodating by offering to store all of our bicycles in their garage. We would most likely stay here again. Thank you.

I booked a 2 berth bunk room on Feb 2 for my family and I through booking.com. The price I was given for 2 nights was $208 which I agreed to. I then got an email 2 MONTHS later on April 4 to say the price on booking.com was wrong and it would actually cost $304 and did I want...

Donna, we apologise for the confusion in regard to your booking. There had been a change of managers in most unfortunate circumstances and we dropped the ball during the changeover. We can assure you that we are now on the job and will provide you and any other customers with a much better booking experience.

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst exploring the local area with family. Easy to book (via booking.com) great welcome and attentive host. Very clean room that was cleverly set up for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Also provided secure storage for mountain bikes.

We stayed here for one night as a last minute trip to see the mountain. The room was clean, well equipped, and in good condition. It also had a great view. Highly recommended for families needing safe and comfortable lodging from which to explore the area.

The accommodation is fairly basic but perfectly adequate and very clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We were delayed coming back from our bike ride but they were happy for us to shower etc before leaving. Lovely view of the mountain from our room.
