Crushed as I love the SpringHill Suites brand. (Actually my overall favorite). Unfortunately this one needs an update. Rooms and common area are dingy at best. Breakfast is far below average. I'm not sure what the substance was that they called Bacon.

If you are staying at the Spring Hill suites you are literally six blocks straight across from the Arizona Cardinals Stadium. There are approximately two blocks of hotels and in the next block you are in the entertainment District in the entrance to the coyotes hockey arena. One more parking lot over and you are at the cardinal stadium.
