I found the Globetrotter to be and up and coming restoration of a vintage lodge on 66.
Not all the rooms have been renovated but the one I had was very comfortable.

We were doing Route 66, and as we are MASSIVE fans of 'Cars' the Disney movie, of course we had to stay near the 'Cosy Cone' (Wigwam Hotel).
This place is really quaint, a real gem of 'Route 66'.
