Third time stayed at this unpretentious but comfortable and tidy hotel. If you want silver service go elsewhere. Great reception at checkin. Rooms immaculate as always and so cosy after a day on a plane. Bar service good and restaurant good wholesome food. Want michelin star stuff? Go elsewhere. Top notch base for the city and local area.

Visited for one night with my son and its honestly a great location for families. So much to do within walking distance - beaches, bayworld & Museum, Stunning swimming pool with water slides. Really a great base for a weekend away. Very regal old lady with all the "charms" that come with that fact. Thanks to all at the Humewood...

In any coastal city that attracts tourists this hotel would be upmarket and service orientated, taking full advantage of its great location, but in this case it's quite the opposite. The building is old and needs a face-lift; the rooms are very large but a bit sad; but the worst aspect is the attitude of the manageress and general manager....

The first impression I got of the hotel was the uncooperative front desk lady, when I checked in at 1430 hrs on 27 Jan '17. Since I had missed lunch while travelling, I requested if lunch was possible. She told me categorically that lunch was CLOSED. I requested just a sandwich, but I was told as one speaks to a...

Walking distance to beach, boardwalk etc. Clean rooms and hard to believe it is still a 3 star hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast but the main restaurant can be pricey . Close to all amenities with an abundance of restaurants close by

We use the hotel at least six times a year but nothing is in place to ensure that repeat visitors get acknowledgement for their support - in fact, the more you use the venue the worse the treatment. On arrival, no security was available to open the parking at the back of the hotel - had to phone for service....

Coming from out of town to hospital visits in PE is always a bind. The Humewood Hotel is a great place to stay, right on the beach front. It is clean, well appointed and provides great breakfasts. We found dinner in the restaurant a bit pricy though! Regular tourist coaches lend an international travel flavor, so the visit can be...

It might say 3 stars on the front door, but that is clearly not what you get when you step inside. This place is really punching well above its belt. Service is swift, crisp and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Walls are thick and you have really good privacy. Stunning view from the rooms that overlook the ocean. The buffet...

Decided to stay with them for our Babymoon. Made a sea view booking. Booking with Jackie was great. She was friendly and helpful. The Hotel is well kept and the room we stayed in very nice. I would go back, but what really needs work is the friendliness of the staff. From booking in at reception up to the lady...
