It is impossible to describe the reception that we have arranged Kathy, Roger, Devin, and Audrey. We had planned to stop for one night but stayed for two, so we enjoyed it here. We wanted to stay another but was booked and paid for the next point of our trip and we had to leave. Very comfortable accommodation, comfortable location, once again very, very welcoming and kind people ready to fulfill your request or to help with any inquiries. And do it for you not for the customer as well as for a loved one.

My sister was getting married just down the road from this guesthouse location. It was selected due to its distance from the wedding venue allowing short travelling time both to and from the wedding venue.

On arrival at this guesthouse, we were surprised to see the immaculate condition of the accommodation as well as the associated rooms such as the kitchen which was part of the main family accommodation quarter. In the main family accommodation quarter, the were two bedrooms, one having two Single beds in with the other a double bed. Both were ensuite and had their own air-conditioning units.

As we were awaiting party we took over a majority of the accommodation on offer leaving just one set of rooms unoccupied. Venue allowed good interaction between all of the parties staying at the venue, with the main family accommodation block having a brei situated just outside of the entrance to it. If you go to this location in a large group it enables good interaction and a friendly atmosphere to be built up over the duration of your stay.

The hostess with very friendly and were more than willing to help and assist in any area that you as the guest needed. On arrival there is quite a thick binder which provides information on local activities as well as history behind the location, local dialects as well as shorter phrases to allow a quick intro to the language.

Overall we were very happy with this place and would go back to stay again. It’s location and cleanliness were amazing value for money.

We loved spending our four days here, it's a fantastic place. A big thank you to Roger, Kathy and Audrey for their huge hospitality, they are great hosts. The guest house is lovely and clean, you couldn't wish for a better accommodation. Roger, Kathy and Audrey were so informative about places to see and where to eat.

We wish to you back there again one day

Amazing and very hospitable stay. Great swiming pool, gym and snookertable etc. Sadly too short a stay, as we had to catch our retun flight to Switzerland. We stayed in a self catering spacious and clean bungalow but were invited into the family house for an evening meal and a most delightful evening. We even had time to invent a home made beer carrier / cooler, just add ice. @;^)
It was perfect thank you Roger, Cathy, Audrey and Devin for making us so welcome. On returning home I realise I left something there. My heart. I'm sure it is safe there. I hope one day to retun to claim it and enjoy once more.
Thak you again for everything.

We stayed for six nights at Ebubeleni and had a wonderful holiday. Kathy, Roger, Devin, and Audrey were so welcoming and were very helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat. The guest house was very clean, spacious, and private. The family was very accommodating, offering meals and they even bought groceries for us before we arrived. Devin also took my daughter and me sightseeing on a day that my husband had to do some business. Ebubeleni is conveniently located near the motorway, but about a 15 minute drive from the center of Port Elizabeth. Being near the motorway was convenient for driving to tourist attractions, but you also had to take the motorway to get to restaurants and other local businesses.

Stayed three nights in all at Ebubeleni and got such a wonderful welcome from Kathy and Roger. Beautifully appointed self-catering facilities, so comfortable spacious and well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with essentials like tea and coffee and to cap it all there is a pool and a movie lounge which went down very well with our girls.
If you are travelling along the Garden Route and want to stop close to the highway this is ideal , and with very efficient double glazing and aircon in the rooms you wont know you are so close.
Nearby Seasons restaurant has amazing food.

A warm welcome awaits from Roger & Kathy at Ebubeleni in a relaxed country atmosphere on the outskirts of Port Elizabeth, less than ten minutes drive from the sea, game parks and central shopping ares. We found the surrounding roads quiet, enabling us to have some awsome training rides on our bicycles.

We far prefered staying in a relaxed country atmosphere, lots of space, with the availability of hearty breakfasts and delicious dinners prepared by Kathy and Audrey. The entertainment options were amaizing.

Satyed with the Bouton's at their Guesthouse for a nice holiday. They were so helpful in suggesting palces to visit and what I should do. They helped me arrange my shark dive and trips to Addo.

Its a little way out of PE but 5 minutes to a stunning beach (Maitlands) and coastal drive. Was lucky enough to see both Dolphins and Whales almost everyday there.

The guesthouses are newly renovated and in very nice order. They are extremely clean and all the staff are so helpful.

We were met at the Airport by Kath and Roger and made most welcome. Our rooms were immaculate with stunning decor. We had a delicious dinner prepared by Kath and Audrey.
Roger advised us on various day trips that we could take. We spent 2 days in Addo Game Park, which was most interesting. On another occasion we went on a 2hr cruise down Sundays River, all very relaxing. We enjoyed walking along the beach at Maitland, which is only 10 minutes drive from the Guest House. We loved the location for it's peace and tranquility,, which is well worth the 6 minutes drive to the shops.

We were made to feel so very welcome and it was lovely to be so close to a nice, clean quiet beach and the hosts were so willing to take us to all the beautiful places in and around Port Elizabeth and the Garden route - the meals were a delight! If you want to 'chill' all amenities are available - i.e. swimming; jacuzzi; meals (yummy); movie room; games room; barbeque; gym; bar etc.

Port Elizabeth
Hello and thank you for your inquiry. Ebubeleni Guesthouse is situated some 25 kms from the centre of the city and from the main beachfront on the western side of Port Elizabeth towards the Garden Route. We take our guests either to Mossel Bay or to Gansbaai for shark cage diving. I would recommend a minimum of 10 days to 2 weeks stay if you are interested in partaking of activities along the Garden Route and in Cape Town. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance to you. Best Regards Kathy
