This was my first stay at Afrique Boutique Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. It is in a very convenient location, close to OR Tambo airport and a few malls. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing with loads of options!! Ample very secure, safe car parking is available on the property. The room was comfortable and well equipped. I have since stayed at the property again as I enjoyed it so much.

My group of 11 friends stayed here for two nights in July, 2023. The booking had been made for 2020 & due to Covid they graciously allowed me to postpone 3 times. For the price paid the hotel was much more luxurious that we were expecting and the large rooms with a huge comfy bed and a well equipped bathroom were much appreciated after flights half way around the world. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed two Dinners in their Restaurant and found the food quality and choice excellent. The rooms are grouped around a well maintained inner courtyard and the property is a good way off the road and quiet. They don’t provide Airport transfers but put me in touch with someone who does and we also used them for a day tour on our free day there. We noted plenty of parking if you have your own vehicle. Every time I stay here they are better. Great value for money. Beautiful place, great staff. Nothing competes in the area. Keep it up. Fully solar, don’t even know about load-shedding. Recommend this to everyone. Treat yourself to the best food at the restaurant, just wow.

The breakfast menu is limited so I had to eat else where as it did not cater for my dietary requirements. The shower had no pressure and the water was not very hot. There was no plug point for rhe kettle hence not user friendlies

Good Day Desan. Thank you for providing us with your feedback. Please note that we cater for a variety of dietary requirements if we are informed, nothing was communicated from your side. We apologize for the water pressure, Ekurhuleni was working on the the water pips resulting in water shortage in the area. We put the hotels water supply on borehole water to ensure guests have water, this would affect pressure. During your stay load shedding was 8-12 hours a day and this had zero affect on your stay, we ensured you had electricity. We are operating with a failing government and have put all measures in place to minimize the effect on our clients. Fully solar operated, generator back up and borehole water. Yet we receive bad reviews for conditions out side of our control. The kettle plug is literally 5cm from the kettle. Maybe you could take all the information into consideration before writing your reviews. Wish you all the best. God bless

Overall good; only somewhat cold in the room during the night. Dining room setup was very nice, especially with the fireplace during the cold spell in Johannesburg during our stay there. Service was good. Furniture and decorations pleasant for the eye

The food is from heaven. I have not tasted so many different flavours in a dish. The wood fire sirloin and fillet is the best we've tasted. The service and selection of food and wine is out of this world. This is our favourite restaurant that never disappoints and every time we find a new dish to rave about. It is a cosy warm atmosphere that keeps inviting you back.

perfect hotel Well located very close to the airport and the Jet park. friendly staff Good breakfast and a good restaurant, sometimes it can take a while but the wait is worth it, meanwhile we can have a glass of wine.

Very beautiful and excellent and friendly staff. The food was also excellent! Truly an affordable and very surprising find in Boksburg. (I just through it would be closer to OR Thambo but it is still not very far away)

Stayed in this hotel for a week, it was longer that initially scheduled and we really enjoyed the time here. Friendly people, very good quality of service, very good food and no issue at all. Very good place to stay if you ahve to stay in JoBurg for trasnsit or confernce without having to go in the city.

Food was well prepared. I was highly impressed. After my first visit to the restaurant I said: 'I must bring my wife here.' I am glad I did. The price was reasonable; real value for money. The atmosphere was great. I would recommend it to anyone.
