We needed last minute accommodation, Sue gladly assisted us with 3 rooms. We stayed in Room 5 and it was such a great surprise, large room with bar fridge with small bar freezer inside, coffee station and large en-suite full bathroom. Tv has only about 6 channels Sabc and about 2 DSTV channels, but the wifi signal and strength is fantastic, so streaming is an option. The bedding was comfortable and towels were provided. Breakfast was also a delightful surprise, a table set with everything we needed, a fruit platter, yogurt, a slice of toast with mine, scrambled eggs and cheese is served and you can dish in extra mince, mushrooms, beans or bacon. Sue made us coffee (Jacobs coffee, so not weak coffee). We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Parking is within the boundaries, behind a security fence and in uncovered and open-plan. We were concerned by the other reviews of this premises with only 1 review on their profiles but it really is an accurate review. Would definitely stay here again.

Being a Guest House Owner myself, I recently had an overbooked guesthouse and, instead of finding alternative accommodation for one of my guests, I decided to book myself into a Guest House instead! My guests were happy, I was happy AND I made a friend. The rooms are quite spacious with very comfortable beds. I found the entire guesthouse to have very high hygiene standards and the attention paid to my meal requirements most pleasing. Needless to say, whenever I am not able to accommodate any guests, I have no hesitation this wonderful establishment to anybody. Unfortunately, some of them have preferred Cherry Tree to me!

I was alone in a major city and stayed at this facility. Expecting typical B&B service i was astonished at how different Sue Becker treats her guests like they are family. She goes that extra mile to make your stay as relaxing as possible - pointing out facilities in the area that you would wish to visit, eat at etc. The rooms themselves are extremely comfortable and the space is large. There isn't that cramped feeling of staying in a room but more the feeling of almost being in a suite. I would recommend this B&B to anyone and the price is not expensive.

We stayed here for a week on our recent visit to South Africa The beds are very comfortable the hospitality friendly relaxed and 5 star. Sue and Charlie Becker were most thoughtful and Charlie is outstanding at the Braai or ( BBQ) for North Americans Highly recommend you stay here if traveling to South Africa at any time Thanks Alan and Cathy Naisbett Toronto Ontario Canada
