Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wow is all I can say, If you want ti stay in a safe and secure place and get 5 star service with that little bit extra which you don't get in many places nowadays then this is the place to go. The place is clean, rustic in atmosphere but close to whatever else you may needn The thatched roof and beautiful gardens will calm any stress you may have. Would I recommend it? Of course and over and over again. Shayne is a wonderful host and the staff are all friendly and will look after you like you are family.

From beginning to end it was outstanding, the cleanliness of the rooms, private, cosy, attention to such detail. The breakfast's should have THREE MICHELIN STARS. Fantastic oasis just outside Johannesburg. Our company had their conference over 3 days, well catered for, what an awesome place!

After reading all the other reviews, I found there was little more to add. Lovely rooms, WIFI, wall mounted heaters, portable lights for power outages, hot blankets, breakfast in bed on weekends, washing after a week's stay- all part of the package.
Shayne and all staff, thank you sincerely for all the special treatment and spoiling.
Short notice (you would know) was never a problem.
There is no where else I'd rather stay than with you guys.

PS: Thank you for removing the frost from my car windows before I leave for work.

In the middle of the busy Midrand I found this small haven. I really enjoyed the service and the rooms were to die for. The food was just as amazing. Sometimes you find the best places not so far from home.

3 day stay kicking off with an unannounced early arrival (2 hours early, the room was ready so no problem. requested the use of an iron but Veronica, a staff member, insisted she'd iron it for me. 4am departure - they provided a breakfast in my room the night before.
room - spacious, rustic, thatched with attention to detail like a coffee/tea station with generous, decent coffee - fresh milk supplied daily in bar fridge, a microwave. Even though the units are non-smoking each has a private little under cover porch with table, chairs and an ashtray provided. Breakfast is made to order with much attention to presentation.

Value for money is an understatement.

I had a fabulous time at the Wild Goose! What a beautiful setting in the heart of Midrand. I can highly recommend this B&B - the rooms are extremely comfortable with little touches that made it very personal and homely. Breakfast was delicious - having had breakfast in bed on two occasions, I felt extremely spoilt and pampered. Thank you to all who made my visit so special. I shall definitely be staying here again.

Hello Unfortunately I do not have an answer for you. I do not process the reviews. You would have to take this up with TA. I have had numerous guests asking me why their reviews are not posted? Tripadvisor issues.
