Our team has been working in South Africa for the past 4 weeks. Marina and her team kept up with our comings and goings when we had business in Pretoria. The rooms are comfortable, the gardens are a wonderful place to relax, breakfast was always first class and the team performed many small but important touches which meant we had...

We love this guest house from the moment we set foot in it. The owner and staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The guest house is situated in a very good area with a nice garden and big trees to give a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent.

The guesthouse offers nice rooms (some with balconies) friendly staff and good breakfasts. The garden and pool are a good place to relax. The guesthouse is on a quiet street about 10 minute walk from brooklyn mall. The reception staff were helpful and friendly and even arranged airport transportation. I was there on business but the B&B would be a...

We were seated on the veranda around one big table. The theme was Marie Antoinette and most were dressed accordingly. The venue fitted the theme and we enjoyed a high tea. The eats were deliciously tasty. Tea served in fine cups. The staff truely went out of their way to make it enjoyable for all. The gardens are well kept.

Never before have I been made feel so at home and welcome at any hotel/guest I have ever stayed at. On arrival after a 28 hour trip, I was made breakfast (home style) with great coffee, taken to my accommodation, advised on the services available, and then let be to get my head together. Everything I ate was just lovely,...

The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The staff cooked for me even though I arrived well after meal time. The first time I stayed was the manager's first day and when I returned several years later, she remembered me! I love eating breakfast on the patio.

We spend our first night at the rozenhof guest house and we had a pleasant stay. It was easy to find and wel situated. We were the only guests that night but the staff made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was great and we had a lot of choice (warm and cold). The internet didn't work but we didn't...

The Rozenhof is well-situated, has charming period decor, and beautiful gardens, although during my 3 day stay none of the garden furniture was clean enough to sit outside in the sun. I arrived during "load shedding," (rolling blackouts) This knocked out the power to the electric plugs and wi-fi in my room for the duration of my stay. This was...

On the 1 November we had a 50th birthday party at Rozenhof for 26 ladies. The food was good, but the service was terrible from the start. The attitude of the management was shocking and unprofessional. Not recommended at all to have a function at Rozenhof.

I have stayed at Rozenhof several times when visiting Pretoria with my family. I have always found it to be extremely comfortable, with great service form the lovely staff. The food is delicious with homemade cakes and cookies every day. The setting is very pretty and its location ideal.

“There is a separate guest house from the main house if you want additional privacy.”

“I had room 7, the only downstairs room. It opens to a patio that has a constant stream of guards, gardeners and people wheeling trash bins before 0700. It is also off the kitchen and dining room. You hear everything in the kitchen as they prepare breakfast because they don;t know how to close their door. You might want to avoid this room, even if it does have the only hot water in the building.”

“There are a couple of houses that are part of the property, which can be resreved instead of rooms in the main house. This makes things very convenient when travelling with a family; we took it on B&B basis. One of the houses was owned (and lived in) by FW de Clerk!”

“To me the best room in the house is #7 on the ground floor that opens to its own patio. But many of the rooms upstairs are so spacious, you think you have a private suite!”
