Colourful, exotic. Transports you to Marrakech specially the warm welcome from Sebastian with sweet mint tea to Richard with his delicate spices. Prepare to have your senses revived and your tummy filled. Forget you are on Atterbury road amd easily imagine you are on Morocco.

Had lunch there a few times. Absolutely delish and the coconut pud divine. Love all the subtle spices!!! 10/10. What is great is to order the platter for 2 and add on extras. The host is very warm and welcoming.

The attention to detail made the morning with special friends one to remember. Rose petals in the ladies room, exquisite decor, delicious food, and such a gracious host; Sebastiaan. We can't wait to visit again.

Sebastian Matroos is an employee at reception at the House who has a very pleasant personality, providing a service with a smile. He was more than helpful during my two visits at the House when I purchased a few items for my home. Keep it up Sebastian!!

Moroccan House is an experience that reminds of another world. The food, the ambiance and the service was excellent. Sebastian and Joseph made it a joyous visit. We shall return. Shoppers with a taste for the unusual will have a blast too. Helena Haward

This is an amazing place. From the décor to the friendliest host, Sebastian, who showed us one of the rooms and the function area. We had a beautiful tagine breakfast and ended with mint tea and sweet treats to die for. We hope to visit soon

Richard was absolutely very friendly on our arrival that evening. He made our stay worth every cent spent. Well done to him. Food was well presented. Breakfast was also beautifully laid out. Well done to the Moraccan House. The rooms where excellent. Finer to every detail. Loved it. Only think is that you definitely need better pillows.....

Hi Thank you for your review. I think we shamefully forgot to point out that there is another set of imported Belgium pillows in the wardrobe. It appears as if most people prefer the slightly firmer cushions that we have on the bed. The Belgian set is much softer and I would love it if you are in the area...

We chose Moroccan House for a quick one-night break, from Saturday lunch to Sunday breakfast. We really enjoyed it - the accommodation was lovely, the food was excellent and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended!

Unique little hidden gem in Pretoria serving Moroccan style dishes. Beautifully presented platter foods with delicious hummus & baba ghanoush a must. Elderflower flavour cheese cake a must! Colourful & cosy atmosphere adds to an authentic experience.
