My 25 year old son and I stayed for one night in November 2016, we had two lovely rooms and a swim in the pool which was beautiful, we then walked to Lillyleaf farm around the corner which was very informative and got back just in time before a massive storm. We eat in the restaurant and the food wasn't...

Thank you for your review - we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay at The Oasis. A far cry from the gentle rains in your country, our thunderstorms can be quite daunting. Our country is in dire need of good rains so we are more than happy to put up with the fireworks display. Looking forward to your next...

The staff here were so great! We had a mixup with our dates, and the Oasis staff were SO accommodating with changing dates. They arranged pickup and return to the airport (for a fee - $45USD, a little steep). Because we'd changed our dates there was a little mixup and our ride was late, but we figured it out. The...

I spent 6 nights there with my girlfriend in November. The hotel let us check in early and leave late at no extra charge. The security was good and rooms were magnificent. I travel widely within the United States on business and and don't get even half of the comfort we got at the Oasis form hotels that charge double....

The hotel and surroundings are beautiful from the second you pull into the gate - we stayed one night before flying out the next morning. The room was beautiful & fully equipped - amazing rainshower and big, comfy bed! We also borrowed a DVD from the main building to watch in the evening. The pool is gorgeous and the outdoor...

We stayed at the Oasis for one night between our arrival in Johannesburg and leaving for our safari. The family operated hotel is very welcoming and accommodating. The chef stayed late just to cook us dinner after a long flight. They have great attention to detail. We're sorry we can't stay longer.

We stayed at The Oasis when we arrived in Johannesburg. After 36 hours of travelling, and driving ourselves from the airport, we got a kind reception and shown to our room, where we happily cleaned up and then headed out to explore. We elected to have dinner at the hotel that night, and enjoyed it so much it was just...

Upon the recommendation of colleagues, I had the enormous pleasure of spending two nights in this incredibly homely hotel just off Rivonia in Sandton. I was welcomed by members of the owning family who just happened to share a family surname! the room was incredibly comfortable, breakfast appetising and served with beautiful smiles and the evening meal ( which should...

I can't believe it took me 5 years to find this stunning place! I stayed here for 4 nights while on my monthly JHB Trip and it was absolutely fabulous. Their attention to detail, fantastic service and classiness far out weigh anywhere else I've ever stayed in JHB. I can highly recommend Oasis and will most definitely be back soon!!

Friendly, helpfull and excellent service!. The name says it all - "Oasis". The breakfast was top class. Love the collectors art, antiques etc. Each and every art piece from persian carpets, paintings, silver, cutlery tells a story which I found very interesting. Thank you for making us feel most welcome and special, we will definitely visit again.
