Internet is super slow, Syanda the receptionist looked like he had too much on his plate. Other people were given water, us not. Then he didn't have enough change to pay me right away and I had to go back to reception after putting bags down in the room to get my change. Bed was comfy but people were noisy...

Very friendly staff and great service. Standard room was small but very clean and new. Good television channels. Restaurant and room service good and very reasonably priced. I would definitely go back.

Small room but more than adequate. Unfortunately the sheets, duvet covers were stained and the towels were dirty. Very helpful and friendly lady at the reception. The breakfast buffet was nice and more than enough to select from. Only the juice seemed to be syrup as it was extremely sweet (to sweet for my liking). Only ricoffy and decaffeinated coffee...

Let's start with the arrival there is nice few steps you have to haul your bag up to get to reception. Reception was efficient but still a bit relaxed and unenthusiastic. Our rooms were on the second floor so you haul your bags to the first floor where you will find a lift that will take you to the second...

We spent the August long weekend at this hotel on the fourth floor. The breakfasts were amazing and the service was really fantastic. The shower was great but the bathroom does need a mirror. The lift only goes to the third floor and then stairs get you to the fourth. We enjoyed the setting too as lovely restaurants and chic...

The hotel and rooms do not look like the way it is advertised on their website. This is not a Hotel, but rather a low-budget Hostel. The rooms are very small. I stayed in a 'family room', but had to move the bed every time I wanted to open or close the door. The shower is tiny with a shower...

Shocking rate next to what you get. This is a hostel, not a hotel. Couldn't even figure out how to give you guests 1- a smile, let alone a basic request such as a wake up call. Beds not made up on checkin - late checkin. Mould all over the bathroom walls. Can't sleep with noise from others up and...

What is on the website is NOT what you get! I should have known from the first sight, as when I parked my vehicle, the security guard said I should not park my vehicle too far forward to the building as the tiles on the roof shall fall on my car as they were refurbing. Check in was average and...

Wish I'd read these reviews before I booked and stayed there. Strangely, the room was clean although it smelt musty. Walls are like paper. The person next door had the television on the whole night until 7am when he left. People walking past the room in the middle of the night sounded like they were walking through our room. Neither...

Worst place I have ever stayed at in Durban & doesn't deserve to be called a "hotel". Carpets stink; dampness; walls have electrical cables protruding … a definite no no! Cannot even be classified as budget accommodation. I would not recommend it to anyone!

Thank Charles R
