What a beautiful bed and breakfast! Some people say it's dated, but it adds to its old charm. The bed was super comfortable, breakfasts were great and lounge chairs very relaxing. The staff were fantastic too!

We really enjoyed our family time at Goble Palms mainly because of the excellent and caring service we received from all members of the staff - we'll be back when next in Durban!! Breakfasts were casual with great variety and the normal excellent service!

Verry nice hotel. And the staff was verry verry serviceminded. It is a lot of satirs in the area but IT is good for the condition. The bar was not what I am used to, It was take for your self and sign on a list what you have taken. And pay Wien you check out.

Delightful, well kept and homely guest house with helpfull staff. I only stayed for one night but it's the sort of guest house where it would 've been nice to stay for for several nights and just relax and have a read.

There are several things we weren't told about this guest house. The first is that it is on a steep hill so you can't walk anywhere. Secondly, it has loads of steps and is on several different levels. This is all fine if you are fairly fit, but not fine if you are not. There is a small pool which...

Based around several interlinking courtyards with lovely plants and water features, with a pool in the main one, this is a wonderful, secluded retreat on the outskirts of Durban which has a pleasant colonial feel, near (but not walking distance) to Florida Road with its selection of nice restaurants. Honesty bar with a small but adequate selection of drinks. Gorgeous...

Comfortable restaurant in a convenient spot. Old charm with modern convenience. Good breakfast and service - we will remember the friendly smile and helpful attitude of Vincent (Victor?) for a long time.
