The Zululand Tree Lodge is located right in the middle of a private reserve. Lots of animals (impalas, monkeys, crocodiles, and even ostriches) are there to welcome the guests on arrival. The rooms in the trees are absolutely lovely, and have full comfort. Regarding the staff, they are very kind and always trying to suit your needs. They kindly accepted...

Okay what can I say, the accommodation is great, service very friendly, everything is perfect clean and the food is great. The safari we booked was well organised, the guide (nick) gave us a lot of useful informations about each animal on the safari and you feel like sleeping right in the trees of the park. BUT seeing the crocodiles...

Thank you to Nicky for making this a good stay. Very quite and relaxing. Bed comfortable and pillows and linen. Animals walking in the camp. Barman Vellphi very good. Found wine very expensive for South African visitors. Food in evening needs much improvement was disappointed in quality but I think Allan knows that already. Feel they cater for staff rather...

What a beautiful lodge! One can totally relax in the bushveld. The rooms were private and quiet. It would be so nice to have game drinking at the waterhole at the restaurant, instead of the crocodiles.

We were a party of five adults staying in three Zululand Tree Lodges and we enjoyed every minute! From the moment we arrived, the staff was hospitable and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well decorated; The food was very good and the restaurant and lounge were comfortable. It is convenient to Hluhluwe-Imofolozi Park which is such a beautiful game...

The room itself is exactly as advertised. Located in their own private reserve - tame animals wondering around. Was so peaceful and what we were looking for. The food is average though, breakfast was fine as we had omelettes made fresh by request. Dinner was alright but the high tea snacks were a bit lame. If you're not looking for...

The overall experience is spoilt by bad food and tired looking reception, dining areas, the light fittings in the dining room are totally inappropriate, the wine list extremely limited. Dinner @R225.00pp is expensive considering the bad quality.Staff are friendly but need grooming. We don't enjoy caged animals/birds. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean with lovely views outside into a fever tree...

Beautiful individual cabins, with a private balcony looking into their game reserve. Excellent safaris that were great value for money, run by very knowledgeable guides. Good value and quality drink, food and laundry service. Their game reserve has an amazing variety of animal and we saw zebra and giraffe regularly.

We were on our way to the Kruger National Park and stayed over at this lodge. It is set in a beautiful location. Lovely trees and nature at its best. A bit disappointed with the buffet dinner considering what we paid for it. Room was neat and clean.
