If looking to hear the ocean in your sleep, then this is the hotel for you. I loved the sound of the ocean which was a stone throw away. The activities and functions at the hotel were welcoming. The kids play area just perfect. The food and room service was tip top. Everything about it met my expectations. The only...

Once again we had a fantastic holiday at the BM. Everything just keeps getting better. There must be very few places in the world where you get such a friendly welcome by ALL the staff. Everyone from the management down to the room maids cannot be more attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great views. You...

This hotel has both sophistication and the appeal of a comfortable, friendly stay. Just a short walk on the private path takes you right to the infamous Scottburgh Beach. There is also restaurants nearby as well as the town's shopping hub.

This hotel is really good Excellent meals Lovely Staff. However only choose this hotel if you want Beach or Hotel Stay. There is no public Transport i.e Buses Scottburgh Rail Station is outside the hotel but you are advised not to use it for fear of Muggings also it is very slow and apparently often brakes down. Taxis do not...

Dear Stanley Thanks for your positive comments about the Blue Marlin. It's a pity you did not use our hotel shuttle to get around as it is freely available and the charge is nominal. Looking forward to your return one day.

I visited here a year ago as I enjoy the spacious rooms overlooking the lawn with palm trees and pool, and the beach and ocean beyond, the ample wardrobe space, the excellent shower in its roomy shower stall. Service still excellent, food is buffet at breakfast and dinner, plated at lunch, and weather permitting served on the terrace off the...

Recently checked my wife and my brother in law for a one nighter, Booked the family suite with Dinner , Bed and breakfast. This was not a disappointment. The hotel in the past couple of years has been redone and it has really shown. Shops and beaches are all in walking distance. Family excursions are all close by or even...

Fantastic family hotel, Dinner , Bed and Breakfast is the way to go and you will not be disappointed. Hotel has had a recent facelift over the past couple of years and it has massively improved. Beaches and shops are all in walking distance. So much to do in the surrounding areas for the whole family.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in January 2017, on an all inclusive Saga holiday. The managers and staff are very friendly and helpful ,and happy to teach basic Zulu. The food is not extensive in range but nearly always good quality, including good cooked breakfast, extensive lunchtime menu especially for Saga guests and curry, fish and meat joints for...
