Beautiful house, very nicely decorated.
Nice garden and small pool with great views of the mountains.
Had good dinners back at the main lodge and breakfasts prepared at the house by the house caretakers who were exceptionally nice and prepared lovely breakfasts for us.

There is a small section of road to the lodge that is a dirt road from what i recall but it is a very short section. The road to the Blyde River House is tarred and there is no problem. The cars are locked behind security... More
There is a small section of road to the lodge that is a dirt road from what i recall but it is a very short section. The road to the Blyde River House is tarred and there is no problem. The cars are locked behind security gates and under cover. No need to worry.
