We have stayed at all of the Singita lodges in South Africa and I have to say that there is something very special about Sweni and the way that it is operated. First of all, the private Lebombo concession that Singita has for both Sweni and Lebombo lodges is truly outstanding. It is massive, beautiful, quiet and not 'over-traded' (like...

There are 6 rooms here, so certainly a small lodge, but we loved it all the more for that. Peaceful with a lovely view of the river and the wildlife that brings. The rooms are large, comfortable and very luxurious. The food is very good, although I suspect due to their only being 6 rooms a little more limited than...

There isn't much I can say other than WOW! The service, hotel staff, park guide (Ross) and tracker (Glass), room view, inclusions, accomodation and every other facet of the Singita experience is second to none. The way they get to know their guests and tailor all experiences including food and wine offerings is faultless, If I could experience it again...

Incredible. I am still thinking of our last few days in Africa and this was it. Beautiful camp. Fantastic people. Service beyond expectations. They catered to our every need without being overbearing. The food was Michelin star to me. They had amazing chefs. Every diner we had a menu specific to our dietary needs with our names printed on them....

We arrived at Sweni Lodge for our first ever safari holiday as a family. We had the most perfect time. The people, the lodge, our room, the drives were all second to none. The attention to detail and the personal and friendly atmosphere was made all the special by the surprise outdoor under the stars dinner they arranged for us...

This was an amazing experience, they really were very childfriendly for our four year old boy. Also the ranger and tracker, Enos and Howard did a wonderful job to show us all the animals we wanted to see. The whole staff is very friendly and very service oriented, they already knew our preferences from Singita Ebony before we arrived. This...

Probably to be expected when a hotel only has six rooms and maybe five times the staff, this place was the perfect introduction to African safari. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and we really enjoyed our time with our rangers and tracker during the game drives. We did not realize that June was one of the best times...

We were at the Singita Sweni lodge for 4 days and had the best experience of our lives. The lodge is a boutique compound in the middle of the private reserve facing the river where there are hippos singing all day. The atmosphere is 100% relaxed, even though the place accepts children under 12. We felt like at home at...

We just returned from 4 nights at Singita at Krueger National Park. We stayed 2 nights at Sweni and 2 Nights at Lebombo. All I can say is WOW!
