Di and George are wonderful warm hosts they arranged a camp cot and baby sitter for our two year old at very short notice. No request was to much and any issue was handled very quickly. The rooms were clean, spacious and the staff were very accommodating. We recommend Country Lane Lodge to friends and family traveling to the area.

Di and George were spectacular hosts. They welcomed us warmly, booked a safari for us and always made sure that we were comfortable. The Garden Room we stayed in was very well appointed with a large bathroom, deep-soaking tub and all the amenities one would expect from a luxury hotel. Even though we did not use it, the honor bar... More

Many thanks to Di and George for their wonderful hospitality. Very much enjoyed the few days that we spent at Country Lane whilst exploring the White River Area. Very pleasant rooms and surroundings, and excellent food. In particular, Di's homemade lemon meringue pie is being added to my list of all-time favourite deserts. That's quite a commendation.

This place is heaven! Very close to MQP airport. Hosts were extremely nice. The room is big, fully equipped with everything needed. Shower is huge and clean as well. Everything was perfect. We definitely recommend this place for everyone.

Fantastic hospitality from two very gracious and kind people. Di and George make you feel like you're part of their family (or their long lost best friend!) and every return visit feels like a reunion. The lodge is truly beautiful, the gardens are lush and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are clean, spacious and offer all the conveniences you could... More

The room was large and very well appointed with an especially great bathroom containing a walk-in large shower and bath. The gardens were abundant with tropical plants and all surrounded by a macadamia orchard. Swans, bees, tortoises, and exotic birds all abound. Breakfast was full-on and several restaurants for dinner are in close proximity. Ideally situated for Kruger Park or... More

We stayed a family of 4 during the weekend! Our children, absolutely loved the place, they could run around, see the birds and fish, go to the tampolin and pool. We were warmly welcomed by Di, George and John and felt at home. We will return!

I stayed at the lodge for about 2 weeks and immediately felt welcomed. Di and George are amazing, it felt as though I've known them for years. The lodge is stunning! I would recommend the Country Lane Lodge to anyone looking for accommodation in the Nelspruit area.
