All the staff are friendly and so efficient! Mentioned that we had ants on the balcony, within five minutes the guy was there dealing with them. Take time out to talk to Steve the excellent manager, he will tell you the history of the lake and surroundings. Steve is just amazing, not many hotel mangers go to the lengths to...

We stayed here for 3 nights on our Gate1 tour. We were assigned to room 503, which was downstairs and had a musty smell when we arrived. Opening the windows for awhile seemed to help. The room was spacious, with two double beds, but quite basic in its furnishings and amenities. No refrigerator, unusable wifi (except in the very wee...

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure to stay at Pine Lake Inn for the second time from Friday, 12 August – Sunday, 14 August 2016. After a busy week of exploring the Panorama route Pine Lake Inn provided the perfect oasis to relax and revive body, mind and soul. We were warmly welcomed back at reception and immediately...

This is a breathtaking place. The staff is very well organised and very professional. Sally recieved her guests with great professionalism. The buffet is excellent. The rooms are splendid and so clean, very romantic too. As a Tourist guide, it is my first time here, but Definately not the last. All I can say is that everything is Perfection. Well...

Nice hotel. Rooms are of a good size and in good condition. Electrics were a little iffy on our arrival but they were soon fixed so we could boil the kettle. Bathroom was top notch as it had just been refurbished. The hotel sits in lovely grounds with great views of a lake. Went to the buffet evening dinner and...

We attended a conference & all the room requirements e.g. quiet room with bath etc were met 100%! It was a spacious sunny room with great views & the general ambience in the hotel was top notch. ALL the staff were super friendly & the catering was out of the top drawer - we'll be back! Louis-THE-lawyer

Hotel is situated just outside White River town, close to the White River Country Club if you would like a round of golf. The hotel is showing a little wear and tear but it is clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi available in public areas but not very good. Gym available. Nice old pub with fireplace – unfortunately the drinks are very...

The hotel is situated overlooking the Longmere Dam which is very picturesque. The main hotel is as I remembered it 20 years ago when I last stayed there, the rooms are comfortable but with older style furnishings, the bathrooms have been redone nicely. The food was very nice, all buffet style but a wide variety of food to suit all...

Being at Pine Lake Inn for a conference the very friendly staff did everything to satisfy our demands. The rooms are newly renovated (rooms 400) and clean. Amenities in sachets are not my favourite, however the rooms are spacious and the bath is on suite. Wifi in the rooms is a challenge. In the dining room and lounge you have...

Very average experience, food disappointing, staff very friendly but not very knowledgeable, wifi didn't work, no running routes known, could do better, rooms not bad, would love to return if things improve.
