The place itself is quite good enough. Not dirty (clean sheets, clean bathroom etc) but not exquisivly clean either (floors were sticky and disty, a lot of dust under the bed). Also it was difficult to get in touch with anyone. We never saw anyone except for a cleaning lady, but she couldnt help us much. There was no cuttingboard...

We were 6 woman who stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment for 3nights, and all 6 of us had a nice pleasant stay. The apartment had all the necessary essentials, the location was perfect, walking distance from Tygervallei mall. The swimming pool was awesome, I will definitely stay there again when visiting the Cape.

We are regular returners to theses apartments having tried several others in the area previously. They are well cared for and any problems occurring are promptly dealt with by the owner manager. On one occasion a cooker was replaced immediately it was declared unusable. This year the same with a faulty iron so any comments about faulty equipment probably weren't...

What a stunning, quiet and relaxing atmosphere! Perfect and incredibly affordable if you are literally only looking for a place to sleep. Close to all amenities and Tygervalley Mall. Quality of the units are great. I would easily have paid even R150 more per night!

This place has a couple of plus points neat shops/mall, very central to both Cape Town & the wine route, swimming pool, a safe is provided, great mattresses in all 3 bedrooms, mnet movie channels included. Parking bay right outside the apartment. Serviced apartment. On the flip side the accommodation is very basic and feels a bit grubby... Found someone...

we recently returned from our fourth? fifth ? month long stay in these apartments. As regular holiday property renters we feel these are some of the very best we have encountered. I am a very keen cook and the kitchen allows me to cater for a party of friends in our one bedroom apartment without problems. The owners are exceptionally...

We recently stayed over at Serengeti and were firstly astonished that we could only book in at 16:00. Not that there is anyone to welcome you there in the first place. You have to figure out where to fetch your key. We were told not to lose our key or a locksmith would have to be called out on our...

Good place to stay. Nice people and rooms are very good. Care takers of the apartments are friendly. Nice fully equipped kitchen. Only concern is that it is bit away from table mountain and water front area.

My husband, myself and our 2 children stayed here from the 13th Feb to the 20th Feb. Lovely and clean, very well furnished. Everything you need for a base whilst holidaying. Only downside was there was no aircon in our unit and only one fan provided but being as we usually live in the UK i'm not going to complain...

Pleasant accommodation. Short drive from all major attractions. Has kitchen, with basic equipment. Laundry, pool, DSTV. Can only book in after 4pm, so we had to drive around buying time. Has bug problems. List of what "not to do's" in welcome letter- bizarre. Dishes in cabinets were dirty.
