Well worth the money to visit. Make sure you take the first opportunity to visit it when in Cape Town as the weather changes very quickly and they will close due to wind. Take the 45 min walk at the top, also take a jacket as well t gets windy. Believe it or not.... There is some great wildlife there...

Unforgettable views unforgettable holiday. We didn't want to leave if there is any place in Cape town to go or even in South Africa. This is definitely the place to be. Amazing breakfast with great accommodation.

We just checked into our hotel. It is a beautiful location and the staff very accomodating. My only disappointement on check in was that upon our arrival in our room we found a bucket of cold water and two champagne glasses. Since we were checking in for my birthday, I was so excited.... only to have our porter ask if...

First stop in Cape town and a bit of a strain to locate. That said its position is very good, an easy walk into the central area ( otherwise 50R taxi to the V&A) and a very easy drive to Table Mountain cable car. Far too busy in the morning, we went at 1800hrs for the sunset, half price and...

Good location in fine old building. Poorly managed, no pillowcases first night, tea and coffee not replenished daily, only a few local TV stations with poor reception, intermittent wi-fi, pool empty, safe not working. Premium price, but not up to standard.

I travel for Business , although location is great & bed was comfortable. Facilities were very basic & I avoided breakfast most of the morning as hardly anything was catered for vegetarians. TV was very very basic & there was no wifii most of the time. On the positive side there is very beautiful garden in front of the Lodge...

We finished our tour of South Africa at the Table Mountain Hotel. The hotel is very nice, the room was beautiful a view of the harbour and Table Mountain. Majority of the staff were polite and helpful. Our only complaint was breakfast, totally disorganised, getting in is the first problem, part was buffet but you had to ask for eggs,...

We spent a few nights here on a tour of the Garden Route. The lodge is an old Victorian building so is not all polished chrome and fine fittings. It is in a quiet area and just a short taxi ride to downtown Capetown. Staff were very helpful (especially Juan who tried to help us with sorting out Avis Car...

The lodge it’s self is quaint and adequate, the location is good with V&A a short taxi ride away and also the ‘Hop on, Hop off’ bus a stroll away as well. When we arrived we were in the standard room but they advised we would stay in that room for the first night but our next two nights we...

In a good location and with friendly staff, we cannot really recommend this property. Unfortunately our room was small and was not clean. Things were not rectified straight away, until Nadia was on duty and upgraded us. Even then, although a lot better, robert i is correct in terms of swimming pool and general layout. It is a good area...
