The house is in a great location easy walk to the waterfront and city. The rooms are large and clean. What really makes this place great are the hosts Shane and Lea. They both really make an effort to engage with guests every morning at breakfast around a table in the garden and enthusiastically provide advice to all on things...

I have just been treated to my second home. The atmosphere is not sterile like other places, this is Shane and Lea's home and I was welcomed into there home . The breakfasts kept me going all day. There help and knowledge of Capetown is second to none allowing quick and easy access to all of the city. The bus...

Lyn and Shane are the sweetest, kindest host you'll ever find. They took me under their wings when I was traveling by myself and got to know my family when they visited later on. I would highly recommend staying here. It's a home away from home. Great location near the promenade for walks and runs too!

The owners of Verona Lodge, Leah and Shane, are wonderful people. They are very kind, offer the best service and they make you feel at home! The first day they had nice suggestions for five days of my trip. They even planned and booked the tours for me. Thanks to them I saw much more of Cape Town than I...

Lovely guesthouse which is centrally located and within walking distance to shopping centres, restaurants, beaches and waterfront. Shane and Lea go the extra mile to ensure your stay is special. Great breakfasts in the garden are always a wonderful start to the day.

What a nice welcome. Room very big and clean. Breakfast was very good out in the garden, together with other guests at the big table. Lea and Shane are just so friendly and we felt very much at home. The talks were so interesting, we could have stayed at the breakfasttable the whole day. Thank you very much. We will...

The B&B is a quite and nice position in Green Point, just 20-30 minutes walking from the Waterfront through the promenade, less using the common road. The room is big and confortable with free wi-fi. Shane and Lea during the breakfast, in a lovely garden, give you every morning lots of suggestions about how to live the city and how...

Shane and Lea are fantastic hosts-genuinely warm who go out of their way with great advice and genuine care. A fridge in the room was a great addition. Would have liked DSTV and unfortunately the windows rattled quite badly. The location was great with an ease of access to many locations. Would definitely use them again.

D S T V would have been nice, otherwise good is all other respects. Particularly enjoyed the breakfasts in the morning. The review requirement of 200 characters for the review comment is inconvenient for those with shorter comments :-)

Shane and Lea are the sweetest - so friendly, warm, helpful hosts. Lovely little B&B about a 30 minute walk to the V&A waterfront. Clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast in the lovely garden, and great hosts.
