Dear Mathilda Warm Greetings from Cape Grace. We place towels on all the loungers for guests to use as part of our standard pool set-up. That does not mean a lounger is taken or reserved. We have a sign at the pool area notifying guests that we do not permit reserving loungers. Although our pool does get busy during sunny Cape Town days, our staff will try their best to assist everyone at the pool. After some wonderful rain we are busy setting up for a warm season and we hope to see you here in Summer. Warm Regards The Cape Grace Team
