the perfect location of this hotel and the polite and helpful staff made our 3 day stay wonderful. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the V & A Waterfront. Our room was excellent and would recommend highly.

The room was lovely and the bathroom was very nice as well. We went down for the breakfast buffet on both mornings. The food was good but not amazing. The staff at the buffet all looked quite miserable. The reception staff were more pleasant. Considering what you pay to stay here, it is obvious that you are paying for it's...

A modern hotel, two to three minutes from the V&A. Swift, friendly and efficient check in. Rooms are modern, well equipped with a grey decor which makes them a little dark - but there are spotlights over a desk area (for business travellers). We didn't use the pool, but a small plunge pool is supplemented by use of facilities next...

Everything was just about 'ok' the whole place seemed lacking in leadership. The service was slow and reactive and somewhat surly The pool and surrounding areas were tired and dirty. Breakfast was haphazard The tables were never set up completely and you constantly had to ask for missing items and any drink refills with no guarantee that they would appear....

This was the 9th and final hotel of our great holiday in South Africa. Although it was one of the most expensive, other than the great location, it had little to offer.
