      Fantastic Hotel in great location

      What a friendly, helpful hotel, the staff are very welcoming and always go out of their way to help you. The breakfast is fantastic too. The location is perfect for easy access to the V&A. Can't wait to return.

      Hi, you pay per item. It is expensive. Like R50 per pants. I suggest you send fewer items that's maybe needed. Complete the laundry form in the room and place the collect laundry card outside the door.

      The staff at this hotel is quite well organized - it is a HUGE hotel. I would call the hotel direct, U an sure they would be able to help.
