We stayed here for there nights. It was lovely. Yes, as previous reviews have stated, the rooms are small, & the shower room is certainly bijou! Staff, with one exception, were extremely friendly & helpful. The one exception was fierce & almost aggressive- but she knows who she is & needs to get a life! Breakfast was great as was...

We stayed at this lodge two nights ago, on first appearance we were pleased by its aesthetic appearance from the outside as it sits directly next to a slum which means the property is sat behind gates for security reasons. This gave us some relief as we were being watched. When we were met by the receptionist we struggled with...

I stayed here with a friend for three nights in Dec 2016. The room was quite small and only had one plug, so you could either use the aircon and not charge anything, or you'd have to unplug the aircon so you could charge your appliances. The bathroom was tiny and the door didn't close properly. The water system was...

Did like: Clean room, nice staff, great view from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Did not like: 1. The room is too small for two, no space at all (if you have a lot of luggage, this place is a bad choice). 2. The accommodation is overpriced (for such room size and location). 3. Breakfast was not included...

Small rooms and even smaller bathrooms! Good value for money for those travelling on a budget. Clean, quiet with friendly staff. Centrally located. Great view over the city. Small parking space so keep that in mind.

Stayed for one night and it was a great experience with amazing views! It's in Bo-Kaap so just be aware the mosque can be noisy but for us it was an excuse to watch the sunrise and go for an early hike up Signal Hill. We will definitely be back!

At 9:30 am when I was still asleep, they started to carpet clean right next to my head, across the wall, sounded like drilling. I asked them to do it later. But meantime they would still run around and vacuum clean, carry a bunch of equipment, slam doors, and shout out orders to other staff members. After another hour I...

Arrival at the lodge: Receptionist on the phone and not very friendly or welcoming, felt like she just wanted to get us checked in and over with. The room: Quite small, surrounding was some dilapidated apartment blocks but with nice view of the city and harbor. The bathroom plumbing setup was pathetic no other way to describe it. The shower...

Warm welcome by attentive staff after a late check-in. Parking a bit squeezed as the accommodation is on Signal Hill and doesn't afford the luxury of a spacious car park. The lodge is more vertical than horizontal, but every space has been optimally used. Bedrooms are a fair size, but there's a strange way of tuning on the water in...
