It is very hard to be positive about this space. What seemed eclectic before, now seems like an abandoned property. On the plus side, the apartments are very spacious. The furniture has never been replaced since my last visit many years ago, and there is no TV remote. Bedding is not modern but clean. As always, the staff are helpful...

This was the worst night ever. Staying in a that had no double bed, cracks and paint peeling off the walls. You don't even have to turn the lights off and the cockroaches come visit. If you looking for a cheap place just to lay your head don't make it this place.

It is in fact in walking distance from the famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront for the reasonably fit, especially due to the easy fanwalk near the pavilion built during the World Cup. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk...

Even though this as an average location, I still keep going back there whenever I visit Cape Town, which is at least once a year. The personnel has become like friends. The accommodation rate is very reasonable and the apartments are spacious. (I hate spending time in small cramped rooms, even if they have all the luxuries). The reception area...

“If possible, get an apartment on the second floor. Over the years I stayed on most floors, but I like the second floor best. The small room right on the top floor is also nice, especially for the view. The area is generally quite during the night.”
  • Lounge area with extra beds.
  • The rooms are all large with lots of sun.
  • The bathroom is a bit old, but functional.
  • Lounge with extra beds. Th furniture is somewhat in a bad shape.
