We've been coming here a couple of times a year for the past 6 years - always had a warm reception, made to feel special and 5 star service. Since the change of managenent there's been a serious drop in quality service and we feel like strangers. Paid in full before checking in but given the 3rd degree when checking...

Hotel is in a good position, good spacious suites. However, while we were there for 10 days there was no wi-if in the hotel and we had to go across the road to the sister hotel, Harbour House. The electronic room keys expired every other day, so you could not get into the hotel or your room without going back...

My daughter and I stayed here and had a fantastic stay. Our luxury suite was more than we expected. The lounge /kitchen is open plan and ideal when you don't feel like going out at night after a busy day. You can just knock up something quick and easy in a very well equipped kitchenette. Both lounge and bedroom have...

We stayed in a suite - and enjoyed every minute of it! The suite is roomy with a full kitchen. The bedroom is open plan and the lounge and bedroom both open out onto a fair sized balcony with tables and chairs for you to be able to enjoy your morning coffee. We were on the 3rd floor and enjoyed...

We stayed two nights in the Quarters in a suite, worth the extra, beautiful living area with full size fully equipped kitchen, even if you don't cook worth the extra for the space. Fantastic bedroom and bathroom with outside roof area. Only issue no views from our room at all and very average breakfast across the road in the creperie...

Quarters is situated right in the centre of Hermanus with great sea views. We had a suite at the hotel with large living room and kitchen and large bedroom. Both rooms has patio doors leading out on to a large balcony. The under ground parking is a bonus as the car was always cool we went to it. The staff...

Quarters is centrally located and the rooms are spacious and well kept. Staff was forthcoming and friendly. During the regular powern shutdowns that are now part of everyday life, lanterns were placed in the rooms and information was given in advance. The hotel has no restaurant so breakfast vouchers for the excellent french café across the road are given. The...

It is not a regular hotel, rather apartaments with a reception desk. Perfect and lovely location for exploring Hermanus. No hotel restaurant but it did not matter at all. Breakfast served in a lovely cafe across the street, five or six restaurants just downstairs in the same building. That is also negative, as you smell the restaurants and grills down...

We booked to stay in Hermanus for just one night originally but when we arrived at the hotel we decided to add an extra night. Olivia at the front desk was lovely and looked after us and made our second night possible. Our room was not huge but was well appointed and the showere was very clean. It had a...

The rooms (suites really) are spacious and well finished. However, this is not really an hotel, ie it has not facilities such as a bar or restaurant. We were kept awake by the noise from a nearby nightclub/pub. We were were offered another room but this was not really any better as it was next to the noisy and smelly...
