I stayed at the Lavender room with private plunge pool, the room is spacious, bathroom is extra spacious with a lovely...

Thank you so much for your complimentary review. We are so glad you enjoyed the accommodation, the breakfasts, the high teas and the views. The outdoor furniture is made of solid kiln dried Indonesian teak and it is especially weathered to give it that beautiful aged grey look. The plunge pool is not heated to conserve energy as South Africa...

We were a family of six in the area for two days. The Auberge has a wonderful ambiance that although new feels like a classic old european upscale guesthouse. The architectural details are superb, from the rendered brick walls to the exquisite furnishings. We stayed in the three sea facing rooms on the first floor which provided incredible privacy for...

Stayed 1 night in Auberge du Provence. The staff could not have been more attentful. Little extra's were always there: a night cap waiting for you in the room when you come back, they even had made a reservation for us in a restaurant nearby without being asked for. That was handy because 30 December al restaurants were fully booked...

They organised various restaurants for us and advised on various trips in the area. Will definitely be going back. Next time we would request a room upstairs as the view...

On our touring holiday around South Africa, we arrived in Hermanus for 2 nights at the Auberge Provence. From start to finish we found the Guest Hotel pure heaven. Our room, which had a beautiful sea view, was spacious, clean and a very generous size with an outstanding bathroom. The afternoon (complimentary) tea is divine and the breakfast was amazing....

Exccellent view to the sea, within wallking distance to the center of Hermanus and to the New Harbour. This guest house is very recommendable. Excellent breakfasts are served. The beds are very comfortable. The owner/landlady is very warm hearted and helpful in giving recommendations where to eat, what to do and does all the necessary bookings.
