You could hear the lions all night long from anywhere in the park. The Guide was very friendly and helpful. The tents were very clean and had running water and showers. It is amazing what they do but lt was quite upsetting seeing what some people do to the lions but now they are

Absolutely loved sleeping over there. Didn't get much sleep, because it feels like their roar goes through you. Had a great braai and conversation before heading to bed. No electricity so take your own torch. Was an amazing experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat!!!!

"They are all the same"
"All the "rooms" have spectacular views of the lions pens, don't expect luxury but what's lacking in opulence is made up by the atmosphere."
"The accomodation is tented, don't expect The Ritz. The budget for the park is raised entirely on entrance fees, donations and sponsorship"
"A tip? Don't stay there overnight! Visit, by all means, but avoid the 'sleep with the lions' experience like the plague, unless you like sleeping in a tent pitched near a main road..."
"You might want to visit around feeding times mon,Wed & Fri 4pm to see a little more of the lions"
