I just returned from 10 days. The hotel itself is beautiful really lovely decor and everywhere you look there is always someone cleaning and taking away cups and plates. Visually the hotel and decor is easily 10 out of 10. I agree with the other comment in that the rooms are not cleaned throughly, they give you fresh towls and change the bedsheets but they have a damp feel to them. We also had an issue with our electric box in our room after we had a power cut, the wires in the room are questionable and I don't think that safe see video provided.
The buffet is probably one of the worst I have had. After paying a lot of money over 6k for 10 days I expected the food to be better, the food courts in the day time 12 till 4pm are brilliant not to chaotic and something for everyone but the buffet (breakfast and dinner) are bland, it's chaotic by the time you get one item of food and queue for the next its cold also hard to get served drinks during dinner, no food labels so it's very hard to know what you was eating, so would be careful if you have allergies they did have a dietary section but it was chips and pasta so no choice spoke to a few English people and we all agreed the food could be better, most nights we ate out and skipped breakfast so definitely didn't get my monies worth and the lunchtime buffet doesnt change so got a bit fed up of eating same things for lunch everyday for 10 days . The hotel itself is beautiful though and has some nice touches for the camera its impressive but in reality its surface clean. They have their own beach which you get dropped to by shuttle bus, you can hire a cabana for 100€ a day and get waiter service and 2 bottles of champagne, ali the waiter is very hard working and nothing is too much trouble. I have been to turkey before so was expecting more crystal waters not green and murky you can't see yourself when in it so would say there are definitely better beaches in turkey so we preferred to stay but the main pool which is huge and impressive and clean its so big when people are in there it still feels quiet and my daughter enjoyed the waterside so definitely something for everyone
I wouldn't return personally but also wouldn't worry if you are due to visit soon, you will have a great holiday just be prepared to eat out a few nights and try some different things at the buffet which is what I did but still struggled as not quite my taste.

After reading many reviews on various sites, both bad and good, decided to book this hotel anyway. The many reviews about bad food or dirty pool water that caused sick people and sick children is not correct. There will indeed be someone sick, especially when you see how some people / children eat and drink in large quantities this is usually their own fault. The hotel is just highly recommended. This is a very large set up resort with something for everyone. We travelled at the end of October with 2 adults and a child of 11 years. It has one of the largest swimming pools in Europe and a very nice aquatic park with 13 slides. At the end of October the pool water is cold but the water in the aquapark is much warmer. Every day there were also various activities such as water polo, darts, football, volleyball, .... Since it has several swimming pools there are always sun loungers available. We had a pool view room that was cleaned every day, also the minibar was replenished every day. The buffet restaurant is also very large so you can always find a table. The food is similar to other hotels in Turkey, it is not a star level but just tasty and very much choice. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the staff is very helpful. In terms of location, it is about 45 minutes from Antalya airport and half an hour from the port from where you can make several boat trips. Only downside is that it is not near the beach and the sea but you know that in advance, but there is a bus every 30 minutes to the beach. We had a very nice holiday and definitely worth repeating.

The food is extremely diverse and delicious, the minibar is filled with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, wafers, peanuts, etc. every day, you can always see the cleaning staff in many areas, the room was quite adequate for 3 of us, there is a shuttle service to the sea, but the sea area has very adequate service and everything from the beautiful sun loungers to the restaurant. It was ok. We had a really enjoyable 5 days with aqua parks, mini clubs and evening entertainment. The staff is generally diligent, but they had a little difficulty in the prime time latda bar and restaurant, they could not keep up, they seemed to need reinforcements, I take special note of the intense positive energy and respect for their work of the waiters such as Avşar hn, Mr. Ozan and the earthquake victim lady from Hatay, whose name I cannot remember. Lastly, the hygiene of the aquapark area, which is very lively. In order to manage the risk, I think precautions should be taken, such as not bringing food to the pool, disinfecting carpets at various critical points such as WC exits / aqua elevator entrances, or the pool to step on.

We travelled as a family of 4 with two young children (age 4 &6). The holiday started really well, kids had a great time in the slash park, wave pool and other pool areas. The beach area is nothing to shout about, but worth a trip if you fancy doing the watersports (barter on the price as they are £££). Entertainment on an evening is ok, kids enjoyed it but it is a bit samey from night to night. We booked a two bedroom family room - this was in effect one long room split into three sections; bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and wardrobe area, then master bedroom with double bed and balcony. Whilst this set up worked I was a little uncomfortable with the kids being in a ‘separate’ room directly where the door was. The room was pretty basic for a 5* but we were hoping not to spend too much time there! The minibar was restocked most days but a bit patchy. Reception do sort quickly if you ring down (but you shouldn’t have to). Meal times are not a relaxing experience at this hotel! Lots of pushing and shoving, incredibly busy and some really disgusting behaviours from mainly guests (but also some staff that despite seeing issues did not react). We saw a woman lick the desert server before putting it back for others to use, kids and adults picking up food with their hands and putting it back. We also saw dirty drinks cups just being rinsed under a tap by staff at the pool areas before being handed back out to people. 🤢 as such I was left questioning what goes on behind closed doors in food preparation at this hotel. There was quite a lot of choice food wise but it was mostly quite bland and very little change from night to night, not 5* standard in my opinion.
Unfortunately from the third day of our holiday it went downhill for us; despite taking lots of precautions both of my children and my husband became ill with D&V, and we were room bound for the remainder of our holiday. It really was pretty awful.
This hotel is nicely decorated, has some fantastic facilities but really let’s itself down in relation to the food and the hygiene. Despite seeing lots of staff around the hotel picking up rubbish and sweeping the floor I didn’t really see any proper cleaning of communal areas (except bathrooms) or the right reactions from staff to maintain hygiene in the restaurant areas. My family are all still ill now but thankfully home. As such I will not be returning to this hotel ever, and will be advising anyone that asks to also avoid!

Dear lindsaywardley, We would like to share our condolences for the illness you have experienced. It's a disgrace of a program where the person who goes first gets a seat at the hotel where I paid 80,000 ₺ for the New Year's Eve program where we went as a family. We could only see the artist through the barcovision they installed. Since it was not possible to find decent food in the restaurant, which was like a dining hall, we had the opportunity to eat ala carte for 2 nights, paying 100 euros per person, which is also paid. However, the main course disaster at the Carat Vip restaurant was that 4 of us ordered both sole and chops. Both were so bad that we could not eat them. As if this was not enough, it was not possible for my 8-year-old friend's daughter sitting next to us to demand money at the hotel exit, even though she did not even drink water. All playgrounds for children were paid. We had to constantly pay money to keep them busy. In the facility, which is open for 12 months, there is no heater in the cafes outside. There is a jalousie in the bathroom in the family room. It is guaranteed that someone will wake up from the light at night when they need the sink. At the same time, the room where the children stay also has glass and blinds on the side facing the walking corridor. Both the food was very bad and it was a complete disappointment for the artist to have to watch it from the barcovision at the hotel we went to. In the meantime, we met with hotel customer services and ets customer relations twice. There was no response from either side. What is your room number sir? We will get back to you. What did they look for or ask? Is this your customer satisfaction? To escape when it becomes difficult.

Late arrival to the hotel on my birthday( no greeting card cake or anything even though my partner had requested) I asked for a quiet room, the room we were given wasn’t in the main building it was on top of the kids club, far from quiet you could hear some sort of machine buzzing from outside of the room (constantly) pretty loud and was hard to sleep awoken numerous times by staff moving things by the pool from around 6am couldn’t siesta in this room even if you were dark tired you can hear constant noise from the entertainment from 10am until around 1am in the morning, we asked to change rooms but had to wait a further night this night guests were fighting all night I had to call reception as it went on for hours, to which they came and rang my doorbell even thought they could hear what was going on in the other room which baffled me!! We changed rooms after two nights to the main building which was a huge downgrade to a tiny room not what we payed for with a view of construction I just wanted a quiet room away from kids, later on in the evening we realised the staff put us next door to a family with 3 kids who screamed all night and the parents were louder than the children it was like being in the same room I recorded this and told reception who obviously understood it wasn’t ok only to have to wait a further two days to move rooms! Absolutely disgusting half of my holiday was was wasted packing unpacking moving to different rooms! Anyway Il get on to the actually service of staff nobody offered me a drink poolside not once. I asked for a drink from the waiter whilst I was eating supper and was told the bar was over there, food from the buffet is very repetitive with pink undercooked chicken almost everyday! I ate at the beach I think it’s fresher, My partner was constantly sick and couldn’t even keep water down! The poolside food is disgusting I watched one of the cleaners pick chips up and throw them into like a metal vase which was for rubbish but half of them went back into the fresh chip tray!!! Disgusting!! No fresh juices at all which is strange for a five star hotel in Antalya, after all they are famous for their oranges! They use cappy juices from the cartons! Honestly the worst hotel 5* I’ve came across in turkey

We stayed in room 5117 between 6-13 April. There was hair in the bathroom. The phone in the room did not work, the door keys did not work. The mugs in the room were so dirty that they did not come off when I washed them. The towels smell of oil. The menu is below average. My wife started to feel nauseous on the 3rd day. They put the same food in different places and showed it as if there was a variety. The number of employees in the restaurant is so few that you have to buy all the drinks yourself. I asked an employee for a spoon, he first wiped the spoon he found with his finger to see if it was clean, then gave it to me. Another employee picked up the fork that fell on the floor and brought it back to the table. The cleaning of the room is very bad. The toilet has not been cleaned even once. The lid is closed and it gives the impression that it has been cleaned. On the fourth day, when I asked the lady in charge of room cleaning at the door, can you change our sheets, she said yes, I will tell my friend and the sheets were never changed. The mini bar was not changed one day or another. The glasses on the beach were filthy. The beach is so pebbly and dirty that you cannot sit or walk on it. It is forbidden to use the sun loungers in the large grass area at the top of the beach. If you rent a pavilion, you can sit there but you cannot change its place. We were warned twice. In fact, the first female attendant warned us to take the sun loungers back to their place. We were surprised! In all hotels, sun loungers are thrown on the grass, not everyone has to sit on the sand, learn this. I mean, we were embarrassed with our money. This was our 3rd time coming to Granada, never again.

We have just got back from a weeks stay at this hotel. We have had a fab time. As a family with three children ages 7,9 & 10 there was plenty to do to keep them busy & happy. There is plenty of food choice in the main hall & the food court, yes the main hall is busy but at the end the day the hotel is massive and its busy family hotel. The staff worked hard to get the tables ready for the next set of people to sit down. The hotel accommodates the amount of guests very well. I was very impressed with the amount of life guards on duty, our kids love swimming & playing in the water, this set my mind at ease as the main pool is huge. The kids loved all the slides, the lazy river & the wave pool. We had a spacious family room, it was cleaned everyday & the mini fridges were kept stocked up. The bar staff were lovely and polite. Plenty of choice of hot drinks, cold drinks, spirits, wine, cocktails & mocktails. I'm a cocktail lover & the cocktails weren't the best however there is a dedicated cocktail bar but for adults only. There is a karaoke bar also. If you are coming here with kids & they like to use goggles, floaties etc in the pool, buy them at home & bring them with you. The hotel shop prices are very high. We went to the shop down the road, three pairs of googles, a ball & a pool toy cost us £70.Also they take Euros in the hotel shops. The fairground at the back of the hotel is chargeable. Antalya Airport, the cost of food & drinks there are stupidly expensive. A footlong subway sandwich and a drink nearly 30 Euros! Burger King was ranging between 25 to 30 euros.

We booked our holiday in October 2023, where it is still nice and pleasant in Turkey at 28 degrees. We selected Granada Luxury based on reviews, luxurious appearance, swimming facilities and Belek.
It was our (extended) honeymoon, so we expected something from the hotel. General impression at the end of the trip is excellent with a 9.
Service; is very good, we requested our honeymoon and anniversary package at the beginning of our holiday, and gave us treats, champagne and a beautifully made bed. Other service is also good, everyone (except for a few) was nice and wanted to give you a good stay. Hasan (dinner waiter) and Mert (bartender) were definitely one of the nicest. Communication was sometimes difficult, not everyone is fluent in English and after repeating it 5 times it often worked out fine. Number 9.
To eat; was good, exactly what you can expect from a large complex. Lots of choice, something different every day, but still much of the same. Number 8.
Facilities; You won't be short of anything here, there is something for everyone. Large slides, a mega large (lake) swimming pool and plenty of bars to enjoy a nice cocktail. In the latter there was some difference where you got it, at the pool bar the cocktails had a different taste every time, but you still got the same cocktail (too much alcohol, forgot a different mix or ingredients). At the lobby you get the best cocktails, the standard ones at the normal bar and our own creations from our Mert. You can visit the beach by taking the shuttle and it is very well cared for, with the lunch being the best of all the hotel's dining options. Number 10.
Rooms; were good and spacious enough. Cleaned every day and made the bed extra nice for our honeymoon. Shower is nice and modern with a "roller shutter" that can be opened so you can see the room from the walk-in shower. Minibar was restocked daily with (branded) soft drinks and beer. Number 9.
Entertainment; short but sweet, great! Shows were sublime, really high quality. The music and surroundings were sometimes a bit loud, but really well put together. Fun for both children and adults. Number 10.
Price/quality (general conclusion); Do you have children, do you like a large and extensive swimming pool with plenty of entertainment and food that you can't get enough of, this is definitely recommended. If you want peace and quiet, there is a separate area (Maldives) where you can sunbathe and relax, but everything around it is big and busy. Food variety could be better and extra service such as a pavilion (€100 p/d) and all a carte (€50/40 pp) are quite overpriced. Grade 9.5.

1st night. We asked for a high quiet room. We got a high room but not a quiet room. Wall is paper thin and the noise from the other rooms carries through the walls and the Air conditioning vent. We have had a family next door with children who talk all night and run around during the day and night, and like to move the chairs all the time,m oh and when they found the door bell outside the room they press it repeatedly. We called reception at 3AM and complained about the noise; they said they would send security to our room to investigate further but no one arrived. Room is a standard in the main hotel. Would not recommend. Do not stay in wonderland section either if you want peace or you will hear noise all day until 22:30 at least.
Lifts are plentiful and never waited more than 1 minute for it to arrive.
Complex is massive. As an adult couple we enjoy the Maldives beach area, nice and relaxing and chilled, however, they do not enforce the adults section correctly with children being walked through by the parents constantly all day with some settling down and trying to or getting into the water. Life guards have to intervene and this is not their job, hotel should enforce this policy clearer and stop them accessing the area. There are plenty and plenty of places for the children to enjoy in the hotel grounds, leave our Maldives area to us.
Entertain on the show at 9:30 is hit and miss, they could do with some sort of narrative/story being told to explain some of the acts as they are a bit odd to follow.
Shops in the hotel, absolutely expensive. There is a supermarket 5 minutes out the main gate for your Doritos at 30TL, rather than the €5 they charge.
Mini bar drinks don’t always get restocked, you might get one drink replenished but they won’t give you more than they have to, unless you put a tip on the fridge for them.
People waste food. So much food gets out on a plate at every restaurant and most of it gets dumped. You wouldn’t buy stuff at home, cook it and then chuck it in the bin. Get what you need first, if you want more, go back, it’s all inclusive, have 2nd and 3rd course meal if you want. A la carte restaurants is €50 per adult, €25 child.
Main restaurant food is good at any time, however they will clear up 15-30 minutes before closing time so some people found that the foods they wanted were not available and had to settle for elsewhere.
Food in the wonderland section, the lunch outdoor but is good. I didn’t like the burgers, so much fat pouring off them even when you think you got rid of it, more pours out when you bite into it. Not worth the taste, don’t bother. The meatballs in the main restaurant make better burgers.
The day bed / huts are €100 for 10:00-16:30. For that you get some drinks in a fridge and some snacks brought to you during the day. In the Maldives section these have been empty everyday but the hotel likes to send their guest relations staff twice a day to make sure they remain empty. Big waste of money.
Entertainment team, lifeguards, the hotel staff (bar, cleaners, the waiters and the chefs) , absolutely all good, cannot fault them and it’s
