Just returned. Now isolation for 2 weeks! Four of us on a golf trip, our second to Turkey. Last year we stayed at Cornelia Diamond. I think in terms of service the Cornelia has the edge. At the Sueno the staff were not as attentive. The in room mini bar was not replenished unless you asked . In this period of Covid the rooms were not cleaned to a standard I expected. I was still in the room one day and all the cleaner did was make the bed and put fresh towels no new toiletries or sweeping the floor inside or out. Due to Covid the buffet was not self service which may have explained why some of the food was not hot. Don't get me wrong the hotel is very good and I would stay again but would prefer the Cornelia. Being a golf break the choice of hotel can depend on the courses you want to play. The courses at Sueno were top class and in super condition. We will probably return there next year, so with a bit of advanced knowledge our stay should be improved.

Visited here for a golf holiday after hearing good things about the courses in Turkey. From the moment we arrived to the hotel it was 5 * treatment. We were welcomed with a cold beer and check in was completed around a table in the lobby. We were issued our rooms and luggage was brought up by the staff. From booking ‘twin rooms’ we was expecting to be sharing one room per pair, however this was not the case, we were given rooms that had been separated into two so you had a whole room to yourself with you own shower etc.
The decor of the hotel is amazing very nicely laid out all the way through.
The food was very good, a food hall which stretched around 150meters, with plenty of selection. The food around the pool was always 10/10.
Drinks were premium brands which makes a massive difference. By premium I mean Belvedere vodka not Smirnoff !
Staff were always very helpful and service was always prompt.
The golf courses were very nice, challenging in some parts but enjoyable courses all the way through. The only issue was you couldn’t reserve buggies which makes no sense to me, you don’t go on a golf holiday to have to walk in 25+ degree heat !
We will be looking at returning in the coming years as we was so impressed with this hotel, next time with our families to enjoy the resort also.
The only thing that could improve is the health and safety. A few of us in the group enjoy the day time activities. The beach volleyball court was built on a concrete base with minimal sand on it, there was a lot quite bad cuts sustained whilst playing due to this. There needed to be more sand to be added to the court. The plastic drain grills around the pool were very brittle, these snapped twice when people stood on them around the pool which could have led to a serious injury lucky enough this was not the case.
Overall the hotel is fantastic with lots to enjoy !
Couldn’t recommend this enough for a golf holiday and for families. 10/10 can’t wait to go back

We are currently staying at the hotel and unfortunately still have 2 nights left before we travel home. The hotel looks very impressive but the staff unfortunately let our stay down. They are so unfriendly, unwilling to help and lazy too.
Just a few examples - at breakfast we aren’t offered any drinks and no cutlery so sat there whilst breakfast got cold. After 2 days of this spoke with guest relations who told us to use restaurant 3 in the main buffet as the service would be better. Tried there, asked waitress for ketchup for my kids, she said ask the waiter. Asked the waiter, he said ask another waitress. Asked the last waitress and she said get it off the Buffet.
At the pool, there are 2 waiters on skates trying to serve everybody. The male waiter tries his best to get round as much as he can. As for the lady one, she is so unfriendly and makes you feel bad for asking for a drink.
The queues for the pizza place and the waffle place are long and you are continually pushed out the way. They appear to serve the Turkish people very quickly but are more than happy to leave you standing there every day when you have queued for a while.
During the stay I called 5555 guest relations to ask for some bathroom necessities. They never arrived.
Tonight, I went and spoke with them in reception for a bed cover for the baby as she has been given a dirty one. They never sent it up. I called from the room again and still didn’t arrive after an hour. I went back down to get one and see the lady I Originally spoke with, but she now has gone home. After an hour and 15 mins, house keeping has given us one.
These are just a few of the bad points we have encountered during our stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody and personally feel like our experience has ruined our holiday this year.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, however , we had to change room on arrival as first room was on level 1 next to the main lobby and lifts, very noisy, 3 hours sleep on the first night, we asked for a room change the following morning at 0800 we eventaully got a room at 17:00 . A La carte restaurants, not busy, however someone had taken our table and the waiter was adamant we weren't booked in even though our name was on the list! Hotel lobby bars, not easy to get served, very slow. Felt like you were sitting in a shopping mall. We had booked for the New year Gala Dinner, this was a fiasco, 2 young ladies dealing with 1200 people to check in and book a table, very stressful for them and took forever to book, we eventually got booked onto a table at 3.30pm! Why was this not done on arrival? The Spa had children there, wasnt the most relaxing experience! I would not return to this hotel again.

Even if this hotel is very big ,the pools are also big and beautiful ,the game center for kids is full of many fun machines and games ,the food is ok and a lot,the hotel has a big problem with employees.They are not trained at all to be nice with clients,they don t know english at all and this becomes a problem when you want something as simple as a decof coffe for exemple.The Waiters don t pay any attention to the clients,the tables are not clean ,the bartenders are bored or tired and you wait for a drink a lot ,if you ask for a lemonade they ll give you cappy or sprite .When they serve you ,you ll see their fingers in your glass ,they don t act hygienic at all,and don t expect they know how to prepare cocktails.(maybe just in the lobby bar ).On the other hand sinks and bathtubs clogged,armchairs and sofabeds with dirty spotts.Flies in the restaurant,on the food.Most of the Sueno clients are turkish ,very few foreigners.Not coming back next year to this hotel.

It was our first time in Turkey and we stayed here for one week. The facilities were great, the staff members were very friendly and the stay was all inclusive (for eg. unlimited alcohol). However, for the money spent, there were a lot of expectations that were not met. Because their main customers are Turkish, most staff members do not speak English at all, making it extremely difficult to get anything done. There was also just a lack of centralization, standardization and structure, which negatively affected the organization and overall flow of service. Another complaint goes to housekeeping, we noticed that they don’t properly clean your room, instead they just make the bed and give new towels. A suggestion that we’d have for the hotel, is to consider the implementation of CSR, for example, at the restaurant, all paper napkins were individually wrapped in plastic, in the rooms, the drinking cups were plastic wrapped in plastic (5* they should have glass cups) etc. Overall, we had a great experience but it was not worth the money we paid for.

We stayed a sueno deluxe golf belek this month. It Was one of our best family holiday ever. It’s included three rounds of golf for my boy’s. The whole experience was superb. The room itself was perfect for us in size and cleaned daily by cleaners and mini fridge was well stocked. Luxurious food and drinks. The food at restaurants was some of the best food we’ve had. A la cart restaurants as well and fine dining staff. Never too crowded pool butler. Actually there are out of this world you should definitely come and live this experience.

4 men on golf holiday. A previous reviewer from UK is totally correct, the service is shocking. Have stayed at Maxx Royal and Voyage in previous years where service has been outstanding but this hotel is awful. Prepare to be ignored - especially if British Cleanliness of rooms is poor, not cleaned daily just bed made up and fresh towels. Floor is not cleaned , maybe swept but badly. Nightclub noise is awful until 1230 In comparison, the Sueno Golf hotel service has been fantastic - incredible contrast. I would never return to this hotel

Overall it is a nice hotel, depends how much you pay for your stay. There are a few little details which doesn’t make our stay a real five star Many times at the bars the premium imported drinks are no more available. The bar tender is telling you very arrogant that they are finished and to come back tomorrow, or to go to another bar. His job is to make sure the inventory is full !!! I was shocked by this answer. I book this ultra all inclusive hotel to enjoy whatever I want, a good drink. This is not a five star attitude, this is not Sueno standards. But things are changed here. If you ask for any international cocktail, they don’t have a clue how to make it in the right way. When is busy time they have only one Bar tender, so is always a line at the bar. I chose this expensive hotel, to have excellent services The sun beds by the beach are far away from the sea, if you have children you need to stay close to them by the water, so you need to pull your sun beds o long distance to bring the close to the water The food on the main restaurant is average, nothing special. I was expecting much better quality and diversification. Same food you get to most hotels, with cheaper price. The rooms are nice and big, overall the hotel is clean But is not the same standards the Sueno is famous for. The staff is most of the time arrogant and careless.
