Hotel's Favourite
We stayed at the Yakamoz bungalow, Yakamax. Fantastic private bungalow with its own pool and everything you need to be self sufficient. That said Yakamoz is no more than a 2 minute walk away, and we were always made to feel welcome there by Maxine, Mehmet and all the staff. Yakamoz offers great food, friendly atmosphere and a lovely pool. Can't recommend enough.

I highly recommend you if you come to fetihye with your friends or your family. The facility was not big. But you can find everything you need. Especially the owner Mr. Mehmet was great. Meals were the best I have eaten in Turkey.

A Beautiful setting for a beautiful meal. Despite it being off the beaten track, on the outskirts of Ovacik, it is well worth making the effort to seek out this place (just along the road from the Pomegranet Garden). It is exactly that reason that the peaceful setting, with tables set out, under vines, is so nice. The service is excellent, the staff friendly and the food was great. If you like deserts, leave room because the desserts menu is worth it (I can recommend the profiteroles). A lovely romantic setting. We highly recommend.

This charming little hotel deserves it's five star rating! From the moment we arrived, the hosts, Maxine and Mehmet made us so welcome. I was in a ground floor room, which are small traditional Turkish rooms, but the rooms on the first floor are a lot larger and more contemporary, if that's your thing. I don't think there is a lift to the first floor, so if anyone has mobility problems then the ground floor rooms are the ones to book. The air con in the rooms keeps things cool when the temperatures outside are baking, and ceiling fans also provide a good way of keeping cool if you find A/C a bit strong (I used just the fans during my stay and was most comfortable). Each room has a little balcony with a line to dry out swimwear and towels. The beds here are great, neither too hard nor too soft - just perfect. I had plenty of coat hangers in my wardrobe too, which was appreciated. The pool area is fabulous and the water is always the right temperature. There is a lovely bar by the pool, with attentive and friendly staff (who will bring you an incredible frozen daiquiri if that's your tipple of choice). There are always plenty of sunbeds, so no need to get up early to reserve one. The catering team rustle up truly wonderful food and there is nowhere nicer to sit and dine than at the tables under the thickly covered vines, which provide very welcome shade. The menu is quite incredible for a small hotel, and the quality of the super-fresh food here is a lovely surprise. It's an oasis in a very, very quiet part of town, but just a 6 or 7 minute taxi ride from the hustle and bustle of Hisaronu, so you get the best of both worlds. The vibe at this hotel is total relaxation and fun and the staff are super helpful and I am looking forward to coming again soon.

Didn't stay here, but enjoyed a magnificent dinner at the restaurant (which is open to non-residents). A friendly, family-run place. Had great prawns, delicious lamb cutlets, and lovely wine, all recommended and tweaked to suit taste by Mehmet and his team. Tables in a lovely vine-covered courtyard, a stone's throw (but a world away!) from the busy strip at Hisaronu. Definitely worth several visits!

What an absolute gem of a place! Visited here on 10 June for my friend's birthday. We were warmly greeted on arrival, and told we could relax by the pool. We had booked afternoon tea, and it was delicious - we felt thoroughly spoilt. After stuffing ourselves on sandwiches and sweet homemade goodies, we had a little snooze by the pool, and a very refreshing cocktail (aperol slushy). Then it was time for dinner - absolutely delicious 😋 Was reluctant to write a review and tell others how good this place is as we wanted to keep it as our little secret retreat! Such character, charm, amazing staff and outstanding food. And all very reasonably priced. We'll definitely return. Special thanks to Maxine and Melissa

Great destination, amazing staff, great rooms, fantastic food, lovely bar and pool areas and a great place to relax. Thank you to Mehmet and Maxine for making the holiday so special. I cannot recommend yakamoz enough to friends and family. If you are not staying you must go for the day to enjoy lunch and the pool or have a evening meal!

We have just had an overnight stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. It was our 3rd wedding anniversary. We arrived to a very warm welcome from Maxine. Our room was spotless and a beautifully decorated bed of hearts and swans, with flowers.. We had a very relaxing afternoon around the pool. Followed by a superb evening meal. Breakfast was made extra special this morning by the staff bringing out a anniversary cake....who said you cant have cake for breakfast? A huge thank you to Mehmet, Maxine and their staff. 5* all the way...

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. If you're after peace and tranquility paired with excellent food and drink, look no further. Ran by a lovely couple. Mehmet and Maxine who make you welcome the minute you arrive. The superior rooms upstairs and very contemporary. The ground floor rooms are traditional Turkish in design. The pool area and gardens are very peaceful and well maintained with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The staff are very attentive and will serve you with drinks and snacks all day without you moving from your sunbed. My wife and I went halfboard. Which I would recommend. The breakfast had a great choice and the menu for evening meal was great. I cannot praise the food enough. This is top notch food, presented beautifully every dish we tasted was fantastic and I only wish we had stopped there longer so we could sampled all of them. But, as we experienced if there is something you fancy that is not on the menu and they've got the ingredients, they'll gladly make it for you. I haven't even mentioned the lunch menu. We'll definitely be booking this place as soon as we can get back there. Thanks for a lovely holiday Yakamoz
